You posted a great breakdown yesterday covering Sun-Thur…why are your active minutes here different from what you posted yesterday (Sun=0, Mon=3, Tue=117, Wed=74, Thu=158). We're count activity minutes this week and your breakdown was by task, which seems very accurate, but I'm checking with you in case I'm misunderstanding something. Please let me know. I think I would count the active minutes for Sun/Mon and perhaps Thurs…sometimes when we're in the midst of doing something (on your list), we don't realize how HARD we're working…let me know your thoughts…
I was so exhausted yesterday from prepping the house for my shower installation and cleaning up afterward that I fell asleep at the end of my strength exercises and forgot to stop my watch…LOL! I'm still a little tired today! UGH!

- chasing Betty to keep her contained 30 minutes
- cooking/food prep 30 minutes
- cleaning 75 minutes (emptying trash 10 min; cleaning poo box 15 min; loading/unloading dishwasher; 20 min; rearranging rooms for shower install on Fri 30 min)
- strength exercises 36 minutes (fell asleep and had to adjust my time…so exhausted today)

Sorry for the confusion, I'd have known which way to report if I was here daily from the beginning. The first list was my logged activity, the second list was the zone minutes my watch picked up, which includes times when I was moving at other than my scheduled / planned exercise periods for the day. Whichever list seems the correct one for the purposes of this week's challenge you can use :). ( posted them back to back, on the same day)

total = 193 minutesMy gym is having a "Summer Splash" celebration today, and I found this by the outdoor pool this morning, set up prior to the festivities. I chose to stick to swimming and water aerobics, but I'm sure some kiddies enjoyed it. (I did get a free Subway sandwich out of it, though)

- 75 mins housework (litter boxes, bathroom swish & swipe, dry/fold lol (load of laundry), two 15s timers cleaning/organizings things and shelves in the bathroom, no, THREE 15s, did an extra one ! ,
- 38 minutes PTEs routine (oo! quicker today! shaved another minute off the 12-exercise routine :D )
Fri - 83 minutes:
- 59 mins housework (litter boxes, bathroom swish & swipe, dry/fold lol (load of laundry), two 15s timers cleaning/organizings things and shelves in the bathroom.
- 3 mins PTE stretch exercise (Gastroc Stretch on Wall)
- 21 mins free-style dancing while watching an episode of FBI Most Wanted 💃🩰

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that on Thursday I didn't have any active minutes.

60 minutes playing with kids outdoors (walking, running, lifting/carrying them)

I did a lot of walking yesterday. I was doing a timed 1-mile walk and trying to improve my time each mile. My best mile was 13:55, a personal best!
