@minstrelofsarcasm Lets say start of September! I am going to be a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding on September 6th and I had to order the dress so I don't really want to lose weight before that because I need it to still fit me. So I'm aiming to stay where I am and I don't want to bring the team average down because I'm not losing!
At the same time I'm trying out eating more intuitively while still eating balanced meals and exercising, and I find it so mentally freeing not to track every bit of food. It's going very well so far. I have stayed basically the same weight and I feel very energized. I am all about collecting data for what works for me and what doesn't, so we'll call this an experiment so that if I want to do a weight loss phase again I will hopefully have more success? 🤷♀️

@jennyell85 - September it is! While maintaining, have you noticed any changes in your body proportions? I've been around the same weight for the past year and a half (sorry, team!), and yet there's been drastic shifts in how certain portions of my body measure up; it's one of the only things that really keeps me going when it feels hopeless.
@SadiDiary - the MyFitnessPal Group process is not the most intuitive, I think we've actually lost a decent handful of members over the years because of the exact issue you faced. Glad you figured it out, and glad you're here with us! Welcome to Team Weight No More!

@minstrelofsarcasm i keep forgetting to post my weight. I gained this week. 197.8 was the scale this morning. I had gotten laced with snacks while camping with the grandkids. I tightened back up today.

So frustrating! Last week I gained .2 because it was that TOM. but I gained .8 this weigh in. I'm literally doing everything I can apart from eating 1200 calories (which I can not do, way too little amount).
