    Skip, nice house, on zillow it shows it's under contract?

    I'm happy with our 1850sq ft 3bd 2ba ranch. Wish I could move it to the lake properties.

    I depart for lake in Thurs afternoon with ds2 ddil dgs. Dh goes to Buchanan MI to Red Bud motocross race. He'll come to lake Sunday for all of next weeks vacation with me.

    Saw a face photo of our 3rd grandbaby due July 20 from yesterday's ultrasound. My dear stepdaughter's 2nd child looks like daddy. Not sure gender! All is well with momma and baby.

    Yup. M likes our wee home in CO. It is just under 2000 sq ft. I will have to put up a barn/mancave/kennel when I get there.

    • It must have been a good trip to Costco. The car was full coming home. I did take a neighbor, so it wasn't all mine and yes, I did get a hotdog.
    • Independence Day playing meeting this morning.
    • Yep, we gave up the big home 10 years ago. We moved here July 2nd, 2015. DW was battling breast cancer at the time. Fortunately, all is good now.

    Now I need bath and shave then get to physical torture.

    Bank and grocery store this afternoon.

    Advantage of not having barn is you get to design and build what you want and need

    Your nursing duties amaze me, Sam. Praying that healing progresses so you can return to normal life.

    House sizes have changed a lot over the years. I grew up in a family of five, living in 1,300 sq. feet with one bathroom. We didn't feel crowded. Now, two of us live in 2,900 sq. feet and it doesn't seem excessively large, to me. We did once look at a 5,000 sq. foot ranch and joked that Rita would need a riding vacuum cleaner.

    Hiked A bit yesterday and it's been a hot minute so my hips are screaming today. Need to get put and do something today. I have a new phone arriving this afternoon. Galaxy s25 ultra global edition. Can't wait to check out the camera.

    Friends are working away at the dining table, he plans to go fishing this afternoon.

    my car is office on Facebook. Good grief I got tired of waiting on Reilly and told him so. He really ticked me off.
    Anyway, dh retires on the 10th. He’s doing his farewell tours all this week. Even got a cupcake party today. Ha.
    he’s off work until the 8th. Works 8th, 9th, logs into work in the 10th. Meets several people at a grill here in town. They’ll collect his gin, computer, etc.

    2nd pension here we come. Starts new job on the 25th. Just so we don’t have to pay for my insurance. Genius. Works 180 days a year. Armed security at the high school. He will walk to work.

    I'm all packed and going to head to lake soon. I'm delivering my gf to her nearby sister's place so I'll have driving company.

    We added 4 to our guest list for the lake weekend tonight, Fri, Sat. My nephew and his dw dd6 ds4 asked to join us with ds2 and fam as well. All 8 guests will leave Sun a.m.

    Gonna be tight but we will manage.❤️🤍💙
