    Another long day - home at 8p last night.

    Two showings today. Fingers crossed.

    Meeting DB for lunch later today. He isn't aware of our DelMarVA plan(s). He won't be thrilled.

    Thank you Dennis for that NOVA explanation. On the bright side skip, with all that moving around you sure get to stay organized and get rid of unneeded crap. We have a lot of crap here.

    still very cool. jacket is on again this am. It was nice enough though that we were able to sit outside last night and watch TV with a fire in the solo stove. gotta love that! Looks like more of this cooler weather for quite a while. The pool is covered up so I'd like to get in at least one more swim before we close it.

    I smoked wings last night for dinner and WOW Talk about spectacular!!! Had that with blue cheese Cole slaw and fries. I should be a chef! Tonight I'm smoking one chicken breast and shredding it for smoked chicken sandwiches. (and I wonder why I can;t lose weight)

    I haven't found time to check in much the past few weeks. Bachelorhood is kicking my butt. I need a cleaning lady and a gardener.

    Starting out day at 58 should get to 80 this afternoon.

    No real plans so I'm sure someone will find something for me to do

    Neighbor trying to sell home, countered first two offers back to list price; now has dropped price below second offer. Based upon what others have sold for past two years not bad but with mortgage rates up sales prices have dropped. Atlanta is reporting an 8.6% drop in sales prices. Just remember it only takes one buyer, and every home is an individual unless you are in a tract subdivision where all homes are just alike.

    I hope the showings go well. My DW is always talking about wanting to sell our house. I want to die here.

    Dentist appointment first thing this morning, to put in a permanent crown on my front tooth. That's all the excitement for my day.

    • I could take this weather all year long. I need to fire up my Solo Stove.
    • People are funny with real estate. Their home appreciates 50% over 5 years and then drops 8% and they feel like they are getting ripped off.
    • Let's hope Lou has a clear head this morning.
