    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Ceri, pronounced as Sear-ee, or if you're familiar with the lying imposter on iPhones and devices, Siri pronounces her name the same as mine.
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? I've been with the challenge from the very first one in 2010. this is #65.
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? Ceriusly
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? I gave up drinking soda. I keep coming back, so I don't look big as a barn.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in a small town in Central Pennsylvania. I'm 20 miles south of Williamsport, where the LL World Series just finished. The picture is a one-minute walk from my house. It is so relaxing to sit by the river. I spend time there when I can. river.jpeg
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? I'm hoping I can follow the plan.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I never get used to the time change and am happy when it changes back. I will spend as much time outside in the daylight as I can.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? Walking when I can.
    9. What always cheers you up? God! My Grand Princesses, my Mom, and my cats.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Follow the plan.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I died twice and live to tell about it. When I am in an office waiting for an appointment, I've noticed that everyone wearing an Apple Watch checks their wrist when my name is called.
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? Wishing everyone a blessed Fall season!

Please copy these questions to your post in the comments.

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Heidi
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? Not new at all. Joined the 5% Challenges right after the first round, so if Ceri (above) is on round #65, I'm at #64(ish) ~ there were one or two rounds that I did not participate.
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? I'm not very original ~ it was hicim705 there too!
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? No - I did not achieve the 5% goal, however, I've been pretty strict since 1/1/25 and very consistent. Now that I've lost around 20 lbs (+/-), it is more difficult to get the weight off but I'm still okay with the results thus far ~ I'm hoping to lose another 5-10 lbs (+/-) to get to goal.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in NJ, the western part, near PA. It is a small town named because it reminded those long ago of Scotland. I'm about 1 hour from PHL. The area that I live in is country(ish), not at all the areas that you normally see on the 6pm news when they discuss NJ (Newark Airport). I'm also only about an hour from Newark Airport.
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? Continue to do what I've been doing since the beginning of 2025. Continue my comittment to take care of ME. Track nutrition/water intake; exercise at least 5 days per week (but strive for 7 days per week.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I prefer DST to Standard Time, I like having more daylight when I get home from work instead of having to turn on lights at 5pm!! Once I retire, it might not make a difference, but for now, this is my preference.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? I really hate to exercise in general - but if I had to do something, I prefer to walk outside … during any/every season (except in the winter when it is icy and below zero outside).
    9. What always cheers you up? Spending time with my DD. Spending time with family/friends. The theatre.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Diet tip: track, track, track - CICO (calories in; calories out) seems to work for me. Fitness tip: MOVE whenever you can … set a daily goal and make time for it and try to achieve that goal most days of the week.
    11. Please share two fun things about you.
      1. As mentioned above, I've been with the 5% Challenges forever and was a member for most rounds when I found them on SparkPeople. I am an Overall-Leader of the 5% Challenges and one of the leaders that was instrumental in bringing the Challenges to MFP when SP went dark several years ago.
      2. Back about a bazillion years ago, I was a travel agent (my first job after graduating from business school). I once took a weekend cruise (which was free except that I had to pay taxes which were around $10.00 (yes, you are reading correctly ~ I didn't forget a zero, LOL)
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? Wishing EVERYONE a wonderful and successful 2025 Fall 5% Challenge!!

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Sarah
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? Not new at all I came over from Spark when it closed
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? I think it was macrat12
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? I didn't reach my 5% goal but had some ups and downs. I'm inspired to reach my goal and to help others as well.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in SouthEast Kansas about 45 min to an hour away from Joplin Missouri where the 2011 tornado happened.
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? Continue to run the play that is set out for me by my coach.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. Seasonal changes don't really affect me except I'm more careful driving when the sun is starting to set and the deer start to come out.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? Outside walking before it gets too cold.
    9. What always cheers you up? watching Instagram Stories consisting of Kids and Animals.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Consistency creates habits, habits create lifestyle all gas no breaks. Basically that means be consistent with your plan and that makes it a habit and then a lifestyle. All gas no breaks just means to keep going no letting up on your goals.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I love learning about how I can help people better and love reading.
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? Like Heidi and Ceri I'd love to wish everyone a wonderful and successful Fall 2025 5% Challenge.

    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? 🍂 This fall, my fitness goals are focused on lifelong changes—keeping regular movement, stretching, strength training, rest, and nutrition that fuels and nourishes my body. I want habits that last far beyond a season. 💪✨
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. The seasonal shifts definitely affect me. Shorter days and cooler temps could slow me down, but being outside surrounded by those breathtaking fall colors gives me fresh energy and makes me want to soak it all in. Nature always inspires me. 🍁

    11. Please share two fun things about you.

1️⃣ I’m an introvert who somehow thrives leading groups (at work).

    2️⃣ I can kill a dance floor… but only when no one’s watching. 💃😂

And one more share: Fall reminds me to let go of what no longer serves me, just like the trees let go of their leaves. 🍂 A fresh season, a fresh start.
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? Wishing everyone a healthy and fulfilling weight-loss season! 🌟 May it be less about the numbers on the scale and more about building lifelong habits that make us stronger, happier, and healthier. Here’s to enjoying the journey, celebrating every step forward, and being kind to ourselves along the way. 💛✨

    • What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Kathy
    • If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? Not new to the challenges.
    • If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? paceka1 (I think)
    • If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? I did not achieve my goal but I maintained throughout the challenge. I enjoy the community we have built through these challenges.
    • What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in Champlin, MN which is a NW Suburb of Minneapolis. It was a small community when I moved here 43 years ago but had grown significantly. In fact, this morning I saw an huge new housing development that I didn't know existed in my town.
    • What are your health/fitness goals for this season? My main goal is to regain the strength I lost while recovering from my 2nd spinal fusion surgery one year ago. My secondary goal is to finally lose some weight.
    • How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. Because I live in Minnesota, I am aware that the days will become shorter and the temperature will become increasingly cold. This makes it difficult to do much outside. And as I've gotten older, the time change from daylight to standard time is more challenging. I do, however, enjoy the colder evenings when I can snuggle up and read a good book.
    • What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? I love to take drives with my husband and our dog Daisy. We like to visit areas where the fall colors are so beautiful and perhaps stop to take a walk in one of our many State Parks.
    • What always cheers you up? Daisy first. But no matter how I feel before going to the gym, I always feel better - both physically and mentally - after my workouts.
    • Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Consistency is the key. It's important to set up a routine that you can stick with throughout the week and just do it - even on days when you don't feel like doing anything!
    • Please share two fun things about you. I have 5 adult children, 3 daughters and twin sons. I also have a step-son. Tom and I married me when all our children were still in school and although times have sometimes been challenging, we just celebrated our 30th Anniversary!
    • Is there anything else you would like to share? I love to read. When my days are difficult I can sit down and let myself go into someone else's life for a little while! I also have loved knitting my entire life but put it away a couple years ago - this week I got the yarn and needles out and while I had to look up a couple things, it's coming back just fine.

My heart is pretty amazing to be functioning so very well despite these challenges.

    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? Tampa Bay area, Florida. I’m fortunate to live in the middle of Pinellas County on the ridge which means we are not in a flood zone and had no flooding at all from last year’s hurricanes. Except for a couple of years in north Florida and college in south Florida, I’ve always lived in this area. Having been here for most of my 71 years, I’ve seen tremendous changes here; I’m saddened by the overdevelopment and loss of natural habitat.

Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. September remains too hot to enjoy the parks, but by the latter part of the challenge, I’ll have to give up the pool which is the one thing I can appreciate about the too many hot months. Now to November is peak hurricane season, and that is stressful.

If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? I started over on SparkPeople

If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? deskjockey925

If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return?
I logged my food and exercise daily, and ate according to plan all but 7 days. I come back for the accountability and the fun in the challenges.

What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in Delaware, mostly farms and beaches in this area of the state. While our neighbors are sometimes acres away, we all know each other and look out for each other. It's not unusual to see someone riding a horse down the road, or an Amish buggy, or hear someone practicing with their shotgun.

What are your health/fitness goals for this season? Exercise class 6 of 7 days a week. I am following the Hacks from Glucose Revolution in my nutrition plan as a new recommendation.

How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I am not a big fan of the shorter daylight hours, but it comes and goes anyway, without my permission, lol. We replace the pooltime with firepits in the evenings.

What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? I like hiking any time of the year, but the Fall leaves make it extra pretty.

What always cheers you up? My grandson, my husband, my dog.

Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Consistency is Key! Find a good and reasonable nutrition and exercise plan and then just be consistent. Sometimes it take a long time before things kick in. Don't expect anything to provide instant success.

Please share two fun things about you. I am learning Spanish. I retired this year.

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Nancy
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? No, I was with Spark People.
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? NancyPauline, I was a "Walker, Runner, Jogger, & Gadgeteer," and I still miss some of those friends.
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? I came the closest ever to losing my 5%. The exercise competition makes me work harder.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? In October, Williston State? North Dakota Could you tell us a bit about where you live? My husband and I travel between two family farms, Idaho and North Dakota. Unfortunately the oil boom is ruining North Dakota's beautiful prairie, visually and culturally. In Idaho, urban development is usurping valuable farmland. Change is inevitable, but it's not progress.
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? Increase my exercise intensity, and endurance.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? I dislike Daylight Savings Time. I love sunlight in the morning, especially when the days are shorter. Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I do experience Seasonal Affective Disorder, so outdoor exercise, in spite of the weather is essential.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? Unlike so many here, I've always enjoyed exercise and movement. I love jogging and walking outdoors, and I once loved swimming laps and working out in a gym, but those are not easily accessible living in the country.
    9. What always cheers you up? Sunshine and my husband's humor
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Cook from scratch and eat at home whenever possible.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I can do rare (genetically based) tongue curls, and touch my nose with my tongue - so 3rd grade.😜
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? Exercise is the best medicine for so many maladies - learn to move as much as possible for your specific health needs. Have an active autumn.

    • 1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Terri
    • 2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? My sister, Snappy_Mom/Tonya, who is also new, found out about this challenge and she called me and told me I needed to join too. So we are both new here.
    • 3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? I can't remember
    • 4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? Well I was not a member of the last challenge, but I have been working on my goals on my own low carb diet and exercise since October 13, 2024 and I have not achieved my weight loss goal (175), but I have had more energy and less nerve pain (from singles almost three years ago) and I think better. I started eating less carbs in April of 2024 at 201 and got down to 190. Then I went to more low carb last October and I have gone down to 180 almost every day for the last 3 almost 4 months. I am a slow loser. But I am working towards my goal of 175, then 150. I might be great at 150, I will have to get there first and see what I see.
    • 5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Birmingham AL.
    • Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I very near Tannehill State Park. There is a lot of mining and steel history around here. Its close to everything, but somewhat rural. We walk at several parks that have been built around the old mining towns.
    • 6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? I am going to stay eating low carb, but I am looking forward to more cold days that I can make a nice pot of turnip greens or collard greens. I love them, but really crave them in the winters. I would love to get into a little strength training as I am in my 50s now and its so important. I want to continue walking and stay active.
    • 7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I used to be so down in the winter, but I think I am a lot better. I take a D supplement and I go outside a lot, including drinking my coffee in the mornings on my patio getting my morning sun. Sunshine and happiness really go together. The time change honestly gets me by surprise every year and it takes me a few days to get used to eating at the times I am used to.
    • 8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? I really love fall. I like to go to the park on Halloween and walk through the campgrounds. They have a group of ladies that do a Witch Dance and I am thinking that I would like to do that this year. I enjoy walking the best, but we often go ride bikes in the fall.
    • 9. What always cheers you up? I love going out with my husband to estate sales and thrift stores. I don't always find stuff but it is fun to just look.
    • 10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Yes, prep ahead a little every week. It makes a difference. Just cutting up veggies and putting them into salsa jars keeps me on track. Everyweek I wash up my lettuce and my baby tomatoes and we have salad for the week (or 3-4 days). Cooking up my meats and storing it in the fridge. No matter what, I have salad and meat, I can even eat my chicken cold on a salad. I cut up squash, cucumbers, mushrooms, and lettuce every week. Sometimes I make a low carb dessert for the week. As far as fitness goes, I am new to it, but I think the best thing for me is DO NOT spend the evenings binging the latest shows on HULU, APPLE, whatever….get outside and walk! Thats been a big change for me. LOL
    • 11. Please share two fun things about you Ha Ha! Well, I don't know if I am fun but maybe just weird. I like going on hikes, I like thrifting and estates sale shopping. I enjoy a good art show. I like live music. I sometimes dance a little when I'm at Walmart if the music is good.
    • 12. Is there anything else you would like to share? Just, I need people. I spend a lot of my time, dealing with my parents -dementia and Alzheimer's. My husband's dad died last year and his mom is not doing good. Some real life stuff that isn't so good and I just want a place to feel like life is pretty good. all.

Please copy these questions to your post in the comments.

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Diane
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it?
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? Dianedoessmiles
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? I was working on a Healthy Habit of going to bed on time. I've struggled with this for years and years!!! I was determined I would achieve this goal!! Now I didn't always fall to sleep when I went to bed, but over the weeks, I found myself being TIRED on most nights and able to sleep!! A WIN/WIN!! I had gained quite a bit due to a medical condition, I'd love to have the success I had in the past and lose it!
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? Southern Maine, in the Greater Portland, Maine area. Our area is GORGEOUS all year round. It's a very popular tourist area, especially in the summer, but I do not mind that. This past summer, I met a large family eating at the Lobster Shack at Two Lights (down the road from an area, any who have been here likely stopped at Portland Head Light! In talking to them as a local, I got to do what we LOVE to do, let them know they were only steps away from a stunning view! They would have missed it. To walk out on the point which they couldn't see from where we were standing. ALWAYS ASK a local when you visit an area what they recommend is my hint to you.
      image.png
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? To cook more, and to keep up my walking daily, even if I need to reduce the number of steps.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. They used to, but I made my peace with it. Now I LOVE it getting darker, it's also getting colder. OH thankfully!! I am not a fan of the summer heat. It's dark out earlier I get into my jammies earlier! Ahhhhh LOVELY!
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? Crunching the leaves under my feet!! Playing with the GSs in the leaves. Nothing like the joy of hearing children's voices and the giggles of excitement.
    9. What always cheers you up? Listing 3 things I am grateful for daily or when I start to feel blahhhh.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Track your food and weigh it. When we eyeball it, we tend to put more on our plate and less on our trackers if we do not weigh it. Cook your own food. That's a WIN/WIN.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I'm owned by 2 cats, Izzy and Oscar. Oscar has his own YouTube channel. Oscar from Maine. Oh, I am not at all shy, and often have people laughing. I love doing this and do it often.
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? TY TY for joining the 2025 5% FALL CHALLENGE WITH US!

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Judy
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? Not new
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? Not a Spark Person
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? Although I didn’t achieve the 5% weight loss goal, I did achieve my personal goal which was to get to the top of what I am planning to be my maintenance range. Also I achieved several other personal goals during the Summer challenge – the most notable one was to cross over the 100 lbs lost mark!. I am returning because I find the group helps me with accountability which I feel will be very important as I move into maintenance.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? During the fall challenge, I will be living near Philadelphia, PA. I live about 30 miles west of the city in the burbs! The area has great fall weather and lots of trees so hopefully the fall colors will be pretty this year. I also enjoy how many things are so convenient to where I live. There are major shopping malls, grocery stores, farmers markets and so many cultural and art-oriented things.
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? My current healthy lifestyle goals for the season are: to get to the bottom of my maintenance range and then to learn the best way to stay within my range, to work on improving my strength training, to find new ways to incorporate additional movement into my day beyond my planned exercise, to learn how to best adjust my macros and calories for maintenance.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I personally don’t like time changes. Shorter days with less daylight tend to make me a little depressed especially if I don’t make an effort to get out and do things. I love the cooler Fall weather but don’t look forward to the cold and snow of winter.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? I like to cook with fall local produce so I am looking forward to going to the farmers markets and orchards to see what exciting I can find.
    9. What always cheers you up?- Doing something creative like knitting, crocheting or needlepoint. Spending time with my family.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? My tip would be to just start and take it one step at a time. You don’t have to be perfect, just begin and work at consistency. For example, maybe just track what you eat for one meal to start and begin to see what things help your goals and what things might be hindering them. Try to make a better choice for those items that are not the best for your plan.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I am obsessed with Mah Jongg!!! I also love to do many fiber art based crafts like knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, and even spinning yarn.

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Sue - I'm Challenge leader on the Fit Force team
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? Definitely not new!
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? The same only minus the underscore_
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? I got closer to my goal weight - within a pound and managed to lose weight without constant tracking (except when required by the challenge). I enjoy coming back to lead my team each season and it keeps me from gaining back the 60+ pounds that I've lost.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in a small city about an hour or so north of Toronto, Ontario Canada. One side of our city fronts on a lake and we have a lovely downtown park and walking trail. It's close enough to the city if we want to be there but quieter and less busy.
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? Lose the last pound or two, maintain my weight and fitness levels.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I can live with the shorter daylight hours but I'm not a fan of colder weather. I much prefer summer.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? I enjoy resuming my choir season in October - I don't really have a favourite fall exercise. I walk outdoors in any weather but the fall colours do make it a prettier walk.
    9. What always cheers you up? Music always - I love listening to my favrourite playlists and spending time with my family as well.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Moderate exercise and being consistent as often as possible with food choices are key. Nothing is off limits but some food I eat very rarely.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I direct a small choir that visits 2-4 long term care homes each month during the fall, winter, and spring to present a program of music to the residents. My husband and I took up lawn bowling this summer! It's been fun meeting new people and learning a new skill.
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? I'm a big football fan, especially CFL and my favourite team is the Hamilton Tiger Cats. We attend several games each season.

    • What are your health/fitness goals for this season? Get through some hip problems that recently developed - and get stronger.
    • How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. We don't do seasonal changes here! It's always beautiful!

    1. What is your real name, or what name would you like to be known as? Ronnie
    2. If you are new to the 5% Challenge, how did you learn about it? I started these challenges in the 2024 Spring Challenge.
    3. If you were with us on Spark People, what was your Spark Name? I was on Spark People, but not on the challenges and I don't recall what my SP name was.
    4. If you were a member during our last challenge, did you achieve a goal? What inspired you to return? Still not to my goal or maintenance levels.
    5. What major city do you live in or near? State? Could you tell us a bit about where you live? I live in a northwest suburb of Denver, Colorado and love the beauty of our Rocky Mountains!
    6. What are your health/fitness goals for this season? To continue with my exercise and diet routine to lose another 6-8 lbs. to keep my A1C, blood pressure and cholesterol in check. I also need to work on my sleep—I often don’t get enough which also likely affects my health.
    7. How do the seasonal changes affect you? Time change, shorter daylight hours, temperature, etc. I have vision issues, so I will be less able to drive when it gets dark earlier in the evening. This means I will not have time during the workday to go to the gym because I will drive home on my lunch hour. It changes my workout and meal schedule and, quite frankly, is depressing to even think about being cooped up so often.
    8. What are your favorite Fall activities and exercises? Being outside as much as possible, walking, cooking. I use my treadmill more often when I can’t get to the gym to use the rowing machine.
    9. What always cheers you up? My grandkids and my dogs.
    10. Do you have a diet or fitness tip to share? Stick with the exercise and healthy eating—it works; slowly, but it does work. Without exercise and healthy eating, there is no weight loss.
    11. Please share two fun things about you. I lived in the Chicago suburbs for the first 30 years of my life but have lived in Colorado even longer. I have 6 grandchildren with another on the way in January.
    12. Is there anything else you would like to share? I have two dogs—Buddy is 11 and Bella is 3. Let’s have a fabulous Fall challenge folks!
