    Great day for Babe and myself. Very tough conditions up in Maine and she came close to the winning the blue.

    The old gal made me look good too, so they gave me the best handler/owner award.

    Great job AB! You always look great, Doc! Of course they "gave you" that award! The training you do is amazing - well deserved for you both! WHere is Maine did you have trials? Miss me sum Maine. DF still has his head in his kitten so I've not had a need to go there for some time.

    Open house had alot of people through yesterday. Everyone loves the home. Me thinks we are going to have to consider a price reduction. "Love" without a contract offer is telling. Another OH today from 1-3. Perfect. Me and Tuck planned to watch Commanders and Giants at brewery anyway.

    #SummerofLou? This weekend was my "Summer" - as Tucker and I played bachelor. The highlight was ordering DoorDash take-in food, sipping on Miller, while watching Reels of Maine Comedian Bob Marley!

    Congrats on the awards.

    Lovely day in Mexico. 75 and sunny with morning showers. We walked to centro and bought a few kitchen items. Over 11k steps.

    Tomorrow morning is the next step in our residency journey. Might be finished tomorrow but more likely later in the week or next (mexican independence day is Tuesday so offices will be closed for 5 days)
