    There is a house for sale in CT, no HOA, 3 acres (room for a helipad). Only a 7 hour commute to DC.

    My Canadaian customer wants to buy $30k of parts out of inventory. This, if it comes, is my savior order for Sept.

    Morning BBB

    Cocktail tasting last night was super fun. He made 5 drinks with mexican liquors and one without. It included a meal (delicious pozole and tacos dorado) which I didn't know so used all the rest of my weeklies. Oh well...no real plans for dining out today or tomorrow and eating at home is easy.

    Heading down the hill to meet a hiking group. We are meeting up, then driving to a town down the road. I think 7 of us.

    Just got the paperwork for our October rental. It's even a bit less than she quoted us. But a clause that we need to let on real estate agents if they want to show it. With 24 hours notice. Fine by us. It's 8n a completely different part of town than we live now so new things to explore. But too far to walk to the nice grocery store so bus and Uber will be our friend. Wish we had our bikes here

    • I started the day with my Emmaus Reunion group. Lots to talk about today.
    • Let's hope our neighbors north of the border feel the need to stock up on some A/C parts.
    • So, the word on the street is Skip is going to Berlin this weekend.

    Good Afternoon,

    Been a busy morning,

    Do not have to return to cardiologist for 6 months.

    Doctors will induce labor on DDIL tomorrow, should have new DGD by sometime Thursday.

    Will pick up new hearing aids Thursday afternoon.

    Hope sale goes through Mary,
