    supposed to see the Braves v Nats today. Me thinks we might get rained out. Ugh.

    The couple with 6 kids had dinner with us Monday night. They aren’t doing well at all. He’s cheating on her again and they’re really struggling financially. I remember them saying how expensive 4 kids were when they were small and gary and I said “ wait until they get older”. They laughed it off and had 2 more. So, we talked on the phone for an hour yesterday and they both agree that they’re stuck in this marriage for 10 years. Ugh.

    out with my best friend tonight yo celebrate her birthday. I made her a chocolate cake, got her favorite ice cream I’m picking up the dinner tab and got her a gift card for a pedicure. Should be a great time!!

    Leo woke me at 4 to poop this morning. We're not speaking right now.

    Good morning!

    Never a good idea imo to stay together for the kids. Hopefully they find what's best for the kiddos.

    Well.... they rescued thank God, six kids yesterday, in a locked storage unit, no ventilation, no power, padlocked on outside. Someone heard the baby crying from outside called 911. Ages 8weeks old to 9yrs. How sad and scary for those kids.

    Good afternoon BBB

    Busy Day today. Ron had a massage about a 1 hour walk away so we took a Uber...about $3. I was hoping to get my nails done but she was booked so I just read my chile tavel guide and had a cup of coffee.

    We walked to a lovely lunch place then to spanish class. Made a dentist appointment on the way home...for tomorrow. Approx $28 for cleaning and x-rays.

    It's Still pretty humid here and hot in the sun but it's amazing in the shade.

    Braves were the STRONGER team tonight.

    + is the club served Crab Cakes and Bourbon Chicken.

    Gonna be a hot one in DC this weekend.

    Emmaus breakfast in morning,

    Meeting with nursing home in morning, if all works out, will move DMIL Friday; don't know how DMIL is going to take it but they are telling us she will be happier once she has had time to adjust.

    First radiation treatment down, 27 to go; second tomorrow afternoon.

    Doctors are planning on inducing labor on DDIL late night, so expect will have a new DGD tomorrow.

    Getting new hearing aids tomorrow afternoon.

    Fingers crossed for a valid acceptable contract in DC soon.

    I believe a bad marriage is bad for everyone including children and teaches them how to abuse spouse and sets them up for needing counseling throughout life.
