Dinner was great. Service ehhh. I will be 57. Another dinner out tonight with friends. Dinner out with gary’s siblings on Thursday. I wonder why I’m gaining weight? Go figure.

MFP had some issues yesterday, i couldn't sign on later, and normally dont need to on app. Said unknown user/email so it wouldnt let me reset my password either. Saw a post somewhere here about issues. I had to reset pw this a.m. seems fine now.
I hear ya about the eating out Kelly. Though I have to say I finally lost since Aug. Been playing tennis all summer with the same 5lbs and lake life . Going to take some pto first entire first week of Oct so I need to really be mindful leading to that.
Have a good weekend away Skip, hopefully be some fun and relaxation involved on someone elses tab!
Dh1 coming now for this wedding is a bonus, as he can't for either turkey day or Dec 25 - home game. I'll take what I can get ;) and celebrate later with him, when we can.

Charlotte still not home
Got DMIL moved to nursing home yesterday,
Out for supper last night Longhorn did not have half of appetizers, no baked potatoes and several desserts they advertise, since we do not use much salt, I thought everything had way too much salt.
Picked up new hearing aids last Thursday, Friday left aid not working but they are closed Friday through Sunday, went back yesterday after forty minutes left hearing aid working, put in this morning working but by time I got back from Pablo's walk left hearing aid not working and not connecting with app.

Morning BBB
Our hike up the mountain bike park was great. Pretty views and hardly any traffic. Then walked to grocery store and later spanish class.
Today we are volunteering at the dog rescue. Will take a Uber there and hopefully another volunteer will give us a ride at least partly home. It's walkable at 7 miles but it will be hot at 1pm. If we can make it 2 miles we can catch a bus. Or if all else fails I'll grab a taxi or Uber.
Also today I need to pay our October rent. Will be using wise to transfer the money. I've used it for small amounts before but this will be the first large payment. Always nerve-wracking to not use a visa/MC. Not really sure why.

- I've been on a slow study gain the last couple of years. There are no WW meetings within 35 miles of me, and I don't get much out of the Zoom meetings.
- I've had my cold for 2 weeks Dave and I think I am starting to get through it.

Hi, folks.
I've put on 6 pounds in my 5 years here. Just enough to where my blue suit that was just passable in Illinois doesn't look right here. Pfft. I mean I could give up queso and such, but.. 🤷
Closest WW to me is 15 miles. Not going to happen. But today makes 1,500 straight days tracking.
