Fall has arrived. Leaves are turning and there is a crispness in the air this morning.

Charlotte has been moved to a stepdown unit, back to birth weight; hopefully going home in day or so.
Hearing aids messing up again so on way back from taking DW to radiation I'll have to stop by Beltone. worst set of hearing aids I've ever had.
Bill, hope you are feeling better.
Cooler here also, needed light jacket for Pablo's walk this morning.
Steve we could use some rain, if you would send some our way would be greatly appreciated; thought storms in Atlantic would provide some but they are turning away.

Good morning!
Frankie did let me sleep in until after 6:30 this morning. Then I ran a mile on the treadmill before logging on here. Frankie might get to go to the DVM today. We bought her an oversized fluffy bed for her arthritis. She got a paw stuck in it yesterday. She has strings that appear to be caught in a split in one of her claws. She won't let me remove it for her.
Sam, no rain here. We are expected to remain dry into next week. I am still keeping the Ring family in prayer.
Chiropractor this morning. Walmart & groceries this afternoon, and possibly a trip to the vet. That sounds like an exciting day. I'll also be working on finishing the trim in the bathroom. So very close now.

Good Morning
I was able to rest all morning and slap a mask on to go the movies with Heather. A couple hour of rest and I headed to the market to restock. It felt good to get out. I took the long way home and starred at the ocean which was quite active for a bit and drove down to say Hi to the river. Tha pretty much wiped me out but it was great to get out. I seem no worse for wear, nor any better. I am loving our first long stretch of rain. Today I will make music or a supposed facsimile of it and do some reflecting and writing for my studies in the Noviate. Not sure if much else is going to happen. I forgot to go the notary yesterday, so I might do that since it is just down the street a bit.

Turned cold-ish and rainy for now 58deg at the moment and not more than lo 60 for hi. We have accumulated 0.6 inches so far since Monday and more today tomorrow etc until Sat I think. It is welcome and I rode early today between showers.
Glad to hear that Charlotte has entered a step down unit. Now that's a step forward and hoping she will indeed be home quite soon.
sounds like Steve needs Doc Lee the DVM to help out!

I did ok at my WW weigh-in this a.m.. doing "OK" w the program but also a little indisposed yesterday which helped the weight. Need to keep at it.
