If you are new and want to join in, byall means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you!This is the standard format we try to use for thesethreads:

Name:(if you'd like to share)

MyNumbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW:Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goalweight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of themonthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays
10/6/25=(Fill out after each weigh-in.)

10/13/25=

10/22/25=

10/29/25 = (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/ G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month

It was also suggested that wecould track our measurements at the beginning of each month to seehow we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

    Away15th to 25th on holday so can’t weigh then :)

    Hi @Honey_bee1013 welcome to the group! It's dead quiet at the moment honestly but I keep it running because people do often return and didn't want them to come back to nothing haha. Just wanted to give you a heads up there's not a ton going on right now. Great job on your loss this week!
