    Good morning!

Good luck at the field trials!

We got big rain last night. .10 inch of rain. That brings our total to about 1/2 inch for the last month or more. Parts of our area did get some good rain, but not us. It is so very dry here. They are saying we might have had our last 80+ degree day for a while yesterday.

I have a bunch of small things on the list today. Paint is on sale, for my next project. I also want to repair a small outdoor fountain that we have. I have a new pump, and I need to figure out a cord stopper for it. I couldn't find what I needed to purchase, so I need to modify a solid rubber stopper.

Prayers for Joanne, and for Bob continue.

    Have a great day!

Morning. Looks like we got frost last night. Left some potted plants out because the forecast said low 40º… Hope I didn't kill them.

Got out for a walk yesterday and groceries, then DD came and I replaced the broken dipstick tube on her Jetta, delicate surgery with tweezers, a piano tool, and help from YouTube. Operation successful. She brought me Chinese food which unfortunately blew my calories all to heck.

    TIme for coffee…

    Good morning gentlemen.

Enjoyed DGD's cross-country meet. Got back to the car and turned on the radio just in time to hear Suarez's grand-slam homerun. Great moment for Mariners fans. Now just need one out of two in Toronto.

Dry this morning - when DGS has a soccer game - with 80 percent chance of rain in the afternoon.

    Good Morning

It sounds like a good decision by Joanne to postpone a couple of treatments and allow her skin to heal a bit. Even with aggressive use of the recommended lotions it is hard to keep the skin from being damaged.

Quiet day yesterday which is fine with me. The highlight was shopping at Fred Meyers and dropping off the cans and bottles. A bit of rain isn't due until this evening so after today's protest we will head up to the Heceta Beach for Circles in the Sand, a sand art installation or such. We have been looking forward to this. That along with music and reading should take care of the day nicely.

Yup I loved the Mariners victory, and as an old LA Dodger fan I was agog by Ohtani's performance . Who strikes out 10 batters and hits not one but THREE HOME RUNS including a lead off home run in the first AND hit one out of the stadium (only second payer in Dodger history to hit a home run out of the ballpark. Greatest performance ever in baseball with notthing else remotely close!!!!

Oh gosh so sorry about all the skin stuff with Joanne's radiation. Prayers indeed.

My 16 stitches for SQ excision near my rt wrist are doing great but still a fair amount of clear serous exudate. Annoying for sure.
