    Long azz day yesterday. Long one planned today too.
    DWs car seems to be fixed now. One more thing and I'll give her my Lexus and start shopping for me new Jeep.

    When do you get to bring #BAL and named boy home, Lee? Any movement on house sale? We are getting NOTHING…..few lookie lews, but no offers. Reduced twice. Ugh…

    Bad nose bleed yesterday at work that wouldn't stop. I hope we can get this fixed for good next week. Ugh….

    Chilly 42 this morning. SBUX tasted really good.

    Good morning BBB friends.

    So, the Mariners' season comes to an end. Now I can extend my record of not watching a minute of the World Series to 20-plus years.

    We had a house on the market for six months, once, and sold it two weeks before I had to leave for my next assignment. Hang in there, Skip.

    Had a wonderful hike, yesterday. Enjoyed beautiful fall colors and isolation in the forest and mountains.

    Learned many years ago, if one tries to buy the market they are giving money to flippers.

    Leaves are just beginning to get a little color here, cold this morning but should warm to 77 this afternoon.

    Not having to go to Athens today, will start back tomorrow.

    • Emmaus Reunion group this morning.
    • Stopped and made an appointment to get the fluids changed in the 2013 C-Max on Friday.
    • It was in the 40s here this morning but like Sam said heading for the 70s.
    • It's a shame one bad pitch ended the Mariners season. I guess that makes me a Dodger fan.
    • Busy afternoon planned with meetings and classes.

    We have someone wanting to buy our house, but we have no place to move to. We'll just stay here. We like our neighbors. I do look every day though for something smaller.

    ds1 wants us to invite his future mother and father in law here for Christmas I have to think a while on that one. It took me hours just to get the house clean from last weekend. ha.. ds2 and his wife and the dog will be here next weekend. Wedding that Natalie is in. So, we're on dog duty and sober driving duty.

    Not that you asked for, but here is an unsolicited opinion on DS1.

    We don't have kids, but I do have experience with in-laws. Those are fragile relationships and the holidays will always be a big decision. WELCOME THEM - show them the best damn time you can. Its alot and you might eat some kitten sandwiches - but the end is about DS1.
