    Mornin' gents.

    Happy belated Birthday, Bob.

I really hope we get under contract soon. I like our realtor, he is like a dog on a bone now that we are on the market, but the constant emails and texts are wearing me down, LOL.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning!

I have a fasting blood test this morning. It is routine for my annual physical. I'm missing my wake up coffee. I can only have water.

Lee, I hope the house is under contract as early as today!

Bob, I know your birthday isn't until a little later, but Happy Birthday Celebration on this major milestone birthday for you!

I am getting real discouraged with my exercise and with my diet. I need to find a way to pump more into it without over doing it. My AI Ifit coach is suggesting a gentle bike ride for today. It is a bit weird having an AI coach, but the computer has really been doing a pretty good job so far. It is not the computer's fault that I seem to be somewhat falling apart. It is also supposed to be sunny and warmer all week, so working outside will help me, I believe.

I pray that Joanne is starting to turn a corner.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Love seeing Babe's success.

There is a 90 percent chance of rain, today. Outdoor work doesn't look like a possibility, even though the downed leaves are starting to cover the yard. We'll run some errands, do some banking and call it a day.

    Good Morning

It is good to hear of positive movement around getting the house sold and of Babe & her master's success.

Yesterday was a gloriously beautiful day. We celebrated our son's birthday as he wished by going up the coast . He wanted to see the lighthouses at Yaquina Bay & Point and explore some tidepools and some of the inlet caves that are spectacular at high tide and high powered seas. It was a great family outing adn the most outdoor activiity I have done in a while with some help from tylenol ER. The clear sky gave us an amazing sunset on our way home. Off for my Covid vaccination this afternoon just in time to catch the next coming showers. I schceduled the flu one for next week.

I too pray that Joanne is turning the corner. A long haul indeed.

Glad ya had a great day tide pooling and more Bill.

The last part of my ride this a.m. was dry and the first part just a drizzle so not too bad.

DW is off to see the computer pros as her laptop keys don't work unless she does a certain outside button override.

    Hope all are getting better.

Bob, it's your Birthweek and Birthmonth you need to be celebrating continuously, you will only be 4 score once without an AND.

Started day with ROMEO's, then banking

Getting new hearing aids this afternoon, hope they are better than ones I returned in October.

Congrats Babe, hoping for valid real estate contract soon!

Looks as I need to move plants in this week.
