    Good morning gentlemen.

    Surprised to be the first one up this morning.

    Chilly and damp. Pretty typical for this time of year in Tumwater.

    Today would have been my mom's 102nd birthday. Miss her.

    Good Morning

    As Dave said, chilly and damp…well more than damp. Covid shot went well yesterday with a bit of a reaction afterward. Heather was not feeling well so it was a good day to rest and take it easy. If Heather is feeling up to it we will head to the movies for our Tuesday dose of Hepburn & Tracy. Adam's Rib is todays. If not we will stay home on the couch and stream it. I will manage to keep busy.

    Hope Sam's new hearing aids work better.

    Chilly but no rain until tonight. A couple of drops of mist maybe first thing.

    Sorry Heather isn't feeling so great and hoping she perks up.

    I got word today (getting ready to ride my bike) as I was leaving the house that my eye Docs want to do another scrape of my cornea to test some superficial cells for SQ cell CA in situ and also a small conjunctival bx just below the cornea. Had this done and treated a few years back and they want to rule in/out a recurrence of SQ Cell in situ.

    Not looking forward to that one.

    Late check-in. Bible study this morning; managed to avoid cake and candy and instead had cheese and crackers with some biscotti.

    Intended to hike today but we’re having high winds all day, not safe in forested New England. Tomorrow planning to get out on a river and paddle 7 miles downstream. Water levels are back up enough to not scrape bottom after downpours last night and a few days ago.

    Talked to realtor about house in Maine, which is tentatively sold unfortunately, but if things fall through, she’s going to call me and schedule a time to show me the place in person. Fingers crossed.

    Bob, hoping the eye checkup goes okay.
