    • I'm up early to take Brandy in for her 10k service. Didn't know what the weather would be like when I scheduled it. I have about 80 miles to go in 30s and 40s weather. I hope the heated gear works.

    Dress up and stay warm, Dennis. Brrr.

    Septic and well inspections today. We had a pre-inspection of the septic, and although it is functional, the tank is likely not gonna pass due to its ripe old age (its the OG from 1977). It is what it is, we will get done what needs to be done. The well has a new pump, it should be fine, our water quality has always been great.

    Morning gang

    We are in Panama city beach FL. The airbnbs I was eying were either booked or didn't allow same day check in so we are at a hampton inn. Right on the beach. Ron is already up and packing so I guess we are moving on. Staying with friends tomorrow but no plans tonight.

    Rita and I have appointments at the same time, this morning. So we are hurrying to get out for the drive to the Army hospital. It is a 25-minute drive in good conditions, but rush-hour traffic and construction more than double that.

    Steph, drive along coast is beautiful though cool now.

    Worst case Lee is septic could need to be pumped out which is now recommended every 5 years, which we never done till needing a clearance letter for a sale.

    Im annoyed that our hoa has 5 outstanding payers this year. I don't have time to chase them with last notices. And Im not knocking on doors with all the wackos out there. Ummpphh
