    Man, I am sorry that the GI stuff has not resolved, Bill. That has got to be really frustrating.

    Any word on Connie's CT?

    Was DMIL joking or did she not really realize who was holding Charlotte?

    Picked up Lucy from breeder yesterday. Puppies aren't quite 5 weeks yet and already scrambling around and climbing out of laundry basket. One of the pups wags its tail constantly. Stinkin' cute. Dana does such an amazing job with raising puppies.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Watched the Patriots-Jets game last night at DS's but the 8:30 start was too late to stay beyond the halftime. This morning cars are all covered with frozen raindrops and frost and parking lot has frozen puddles. Temps staying in the 30s or 40s for the next week. Early winter… will it hold up and bring good icefishing or fizzle out this time?

    Lee, those pups sound like fun.

    Bill, sounds promising visit with doctor, long wait for specialist but at least its something.

    Dave, send us a pic of your table of turnings after the fair.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    All the turnings are priced and packed into large boxes. I'll load the car today, ready to head out in the morning. We'll drive the truck over to the church to help set up tables tonight.

    Checked the forecast for our trip to Las Vegas next week. Looks like 60 degrees and showers. We're taking our weather with us.

    No DMIL did not realize it was her, she keeps referring to others at nursing home as those old folks, been trying to tell her she needs to look in mirror.

    DW is beginning to feel better, wants to go to an Emmaus gathering tonight.

    Bill, hope new doctor can offer a great perspective.

    Hope Connie has ok diagnosis and some relief from symptoms etc.

    Glad Joanne is feeling a bit better Sam. Sorry about your DMIL.

    Have fun at the church bazaar Dave with all your turnings. "For every Season Turn Turn Turn" can't get that out of my head now. Hopefully no real bad showers in Vegas for you.

    Lee, are you tempted to take one with you to Colorado?

    I took it easy yesterday. The lab called to tell me they had somehow put one of my specimens in their freeer and it was ruined. So back I went for another tube and back I go today to drop it off. Glad everything in this town is so close. Preliminary report on bloodwork says all is well and no recurance of C-Diff which was a leading candidate. I have no patience for this stuff, frankly. I need to get out and walk today for sure. Then I will try to make some progress on some house projects that never seem to get done.
