Good morning BBB Friends.
- Clemson pulled out a nail biter last night.
- DW went to use the oven this morning and it's broke. What is it with appliances only lasting 10 years now? This one might be fixable. Error msg about fan not working.
- We are in pre-cruise planning mode. Kind of like the storm before the calm.

Went over and set up our tables for the bazaar. This morning we'll take all the turnings over and get them displayed for the 10 a.m. start of the sale. Expect a fun day. I love talking to people about my woodturning.

Woke up to a 5:08a email from realtor: finally, we got a contract. full ask; no inspection; appraisal contingency; 12.23.25 closing. We are hoping they let us rent back for 45 - 60 days.
Off to get coffee and drop Tucker to play with friends.

Saturday off. Not much really planned. Take the girls hunting and some grocery shopping.
Chilean road trip. A lot easier in a car than walking. How many border crossings?
I think we may do PODS, Dennis. Although, M would prefer burning it all.

Congrats on the offer. What a process.
Tentatively don't plan an any border crossings this trip but unless it costs a ton more will ask for the extra insurance to cross to Argentina. We can have 90 days in Chile on initial visa and the cruise we are eyeing back to Miami leaves from Panama city in Mid March so Dec- Feb in Chile, 2-3 weeks in Columbia and 2-3 weeks in Panama.
Female friend off to work today and male friend just headed out for this weekly golf outing. We may meet his threesome for beers this afternoon but otherwise nothing planned for today. Probably will go rearrange the car…the bikes are kinda just thrown in willy nilly which blocks Ron's view a bit. I think we can tetris them in better.

Congrats on the VA house offer Skip!
We're kicking off the holidays with my 4 fav littles and their parents heading to our town Christmas Parade later and tree lighting festival in the Park. Then back to our place for lasagne.
I got them each reindeer antlers, led necklaces and snow shovels to help their parents this winter. Or better yet use them to build a snow fort lol.
Temps 65F by Parade time.! Im not complaining

This afternoon, i get to play the role of an eccentric billionaire listening to high school kids make a pitch for funding for Policy research because the real donor who was supposed to do it probably has an early football game to get to. Cecilia's going to try to fix the frames on my brag wall while I do it.
