    GM~

Long commute this morning. YEP, I can confirm the GOVT is open for business! 65 minutes at 0530 to get to work. Ugh!

Buyers came by yesterday to meet Carrie and I and brought their kids, grandkids, and in-laws. It was a pleasant 90 minute dialog and tour and they are amenable to rent back until our new home is ready! #Praying all goes well.

    Long week ahead.

    Cheers,

    Skipper

    good morning

Sounds good skip. Good luck. played the handbells in church yesterday. First song we did OK. Second song some real “ clinkers”. Ha. Starting with Christmas music tonight.

    Mondays just stink.

    Good morning.

I presume my suggestion of beer and cookies helped, Skip.

    Mornin' BBB

Ugh. Septic tank needs replacing and somehow the well didn't pass the recovery test. Septic is not a surprise, but well problem was completely unexpected. Discussion on how to work it out with buyers today.

LOL, I think if I were in the handbell group, it would have been me clinking.

Puppy visit yesterday. Still unsure of my pick.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Morning gang

Checked into our storage unit yesterday. It's way nicer than the one in Texas but also twice as expensive. We decided to finish up (wash, gas, fuel stabilizer) this morning as we have plenty of time to get to the ship by 2:30 for our check in time.

We are seconds away from booking a return cruise to maimi in April. It's an Amazon tour from Rio...it was pricy for the balcony cabin but looks amazing. Now we just need to figure out how to get to Rio and when. We will need this ticket purchased before we get off the ship in Santiago because Chile requires proof of onward travel. Probably won't be asked but we will be prepared.

Skip I'm glad your buyers are so agreeable. Proof that they were the right people for you.

    Ugh, sorry Doc!

Not sure what that cookies and beer were normal for their culture. I stuck with a pleasant hi, hello, and "…..as a token of appreciation, we're throwing in 3 mounted televisions!"

    Sorry….COULDN'T resist.

BTW - safe travels today, SGM and Rita!

    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • Sounds like it is working out Skip. The rent back is a big plus. Getting 3 wall mounted TVs is a big plus for them. Knowing you I'm sure they are not cheap ones.
    • I'm sure you get 1st pick of the litter Lee but I'm guessing other people are interested too. I'm guessing you'll need to decide soon.
    • That money over the asking price should fund the needed repairs, Lee.
    • Safe travels Steph and Lee.
    • I have a luncheon for a retiring church secretary today. 40 years in the job.

    Good morning BBB friends.

A bit rushed today. Need to get Sassy off to the pet lodge, then do some final packing and checking things before we head to the airport. I hate airports. Seattle has been undergoing renovations for years. Seems like they will never finish. Adds to the aggravation.

    Good Afternoon,

Athens this morning, next two mornings also.

Sorry about septic and well issues,

Good news on possible rent back,

Enjoy Vegas Dave, know Rita will.

If I were to try hand bells some in congregation would bring in a gong.

Six months in South America while we are cold up here, sounds GREAT!

Why worry about packing or forgetting something, you can purchase what is needed on ship or in port.
