    HA HA HA.. Good one skip. Practice last night was amazing. "Go Tell it on The Mountain" is one of the songs. WE NAILED IT! Could be playing that this Sunday if needed. The other song, uh, not so much. ha.. She might add another song . We perform at the 8am service December 21st.

    My dress alterations are done for Roarke's wedding. Picking that up today.

    So glad your house is now 'under contract' skip. WHEW. Between you moving and new cars, you're always on fire! I love the idea of moving, downsizing and getting rid of crap. Then, thanksgiving and Christmas happen and I'm happy for the larger house.

    Oh, the future outlaws, I mean in-laws, have agreed to stay here for Christmas. "do you know what this means? my mom accusing your mom of buying cheap hotdogs, your mom accusing mine of waxing her upper lip!" ha ha ha Anyway, I'll be sure to have plenty of Jack Daniels.

    Annual two-day continuing ed course starts in an hour or so. Need to pace myself so I don't get too exciting and whiz on the carpet.

    Having a small place means never having more than one houseguest, Kelly. 😉

    I remember last time we invited outlaws, learned later they thought we were not friendly enough; have not bothered inviting them back.

    Oh Lou, cannot believe you are not excited about two complete days of boredom.

    DW has three appointments in Athens today, if finish in time and DW not too tired will swing by Costco.

    Great news on possible rent back, save having an extra move.

    Hope Lee is able to work out deal with buyer on well and septic.

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Yesterday was a bit rough. Flight delays added three hours to our trip - including 90 minutes just sitting on the taxiway in Seattle because of an air traffic control issue in Las Vegas. Then, when we finally got to our suite, we found the housekeepers had thought the previous guests were staying over, so they did the bed and bath and left everything else as-is. The place was a mess: old socks on the floor, food all over the kitchen … It took an hour to get a housekeeper to come, then she had to get help to fix everything. I ate a couple Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowls that had been left in the freezer, for supper. Anyway, the hotel gave us an additional $200 food and drink credit for our trouble, and everyone was very apologetic.

    As I type I am surrounded by windows in our corner suite, offering a grand view of the Strip and the mountains. Today will be a much better day.
