Well, I'm starting the month with a week of pass days. I'm on holiday and not tracking properly.
I can log breakfast fairly well as I brought my little travel scales with me, but I'm not logging my dinners. I am mindful of what I am eating.
I'm getting lots of exercise - today was walking (over 21,000 steps), so I'm not worrying about my calorie intake.

π¬ Comments:What a way to start the monthβ¦.seriously thoughβ¦today was/is still a good day. I didn't track because I had a slice of leftover pizza for lunch (I never feel pizza is tracked properly unless I made it at home), and it's book club night. We meet at a local restaurant, and they expect us to at least order dinner since we are occupying space. So again, tracking gets difficult. I will probably have chicken something and a glass of wine and enjoy the evening with the ladies.

I am at the OCC Processing Center in Baltimore until Wednesday. It is a wonderfully uplifting experience helping the spread the word about Jesus to children all over the world! π But eating meals out is a challenge as I track as best as I can; and my calorie goal is not met. Iβm getting my exercise in though.

A new month always feels so good - full of promise and a clean slate!
2 1/2 hours of yoga today, a trip to the vet, homemade soup and homemade bread, first advent activity of the month with the grandkids, and book club this evening. Whew! I hope tomorrow has a little more downtime!

Pass daySick last night & this morning.
was so highly motivated for Dec.βbeing sick messed up today. My early morning plan ended up much later. Only 2 hrs sleep. Due to thatβ didnβt plan or prep meals for the day. Didnβt eat all day, then of course, was out of control by dinner time. Picked up fast food on the way home from work & made bad fast food choices. This is the way to be unhealthy.

Ready for December
From Dec 1st to Dec 6th I will be eating, tracking, stretching, meditating and playing pickleball as usual. However, on Dec 7th I will travel for my knee surgery. Dec 8th is the consultation. Dec 9th and 10th are for the MRI and other pre-op tests. Surgery is scheduled for Dec 11th. Then it will be 3 weeks of physio, strengthening and preparing for a January filled with pickleball!
