So did everyone see last Weds. episode? Holy pixie *kitten*, it was a good one. We all pretty much had guessed that Constance was Tate's mother, so now that we know, there are many more questions....like....is the man that Constance shot NOT her husband, but just the neighbor that Tate had said his mother was a "co!ksucker with....or was it Tate's dad that she shot??? If it was his dad, wouldn't he still be in the house, in spirit form?
Why did Tate act like he did not remember shooting those kids?

Im not sure whats up with Tate,but im sure the guy she shot was her husband because she said something about being with him since highschool I thought.0

I have no answers for you :-) I watched the premiere when it came on over a month ago, thought it was weird as hell, but willing to give it a shot. Fast forward a month later, and I have the next 4 episodes sitting on my DVR unwatched. Finally got around to watching them this weekend. While I still think the show is weird as hell, at least I finally feel like I understand it. Pretty much every one is a ghost from what I can tell.
Maybe Tate repressed the memories or something? I do think it is funny how so many random, semi big named actors keep showing up in the episodes. Yea Siler!!
Still loving it though, and willing to stick with it.0 -
I am guessing Tate's medication is keeping his memories out. But if Tate is a ghost, would meds work on him? Or maybe something way more crazy and out there that we don't know yet. I got the feeling that Tate started to remember in flashback and suppressed the memory. So maybe he just doesn't want to remember?0

She said something like, I have loved you since I was 16......but when Tate was in theropy with Ben, he had said his dad left because his mom was screwing around with the neighbor...and we do know that Constance lives next door to the house...which leads me to another thought, and this is were I go WAY out there......
and I never even thought of that, how can a ghost, if Tate is dead, take meds???? but he absolutely has to be dead right?
When Vivian was talking to Hayden on the phone, telling her that she was her age once, not so long ago in love with a married man, but it didn't work out, did you find it strange that when she was saying all this she was looking in the mirror at herself, and there is kinda a scar by her mouth, and Hayden has the same mark.....so are they the same spirit, stuck in kinda a cycle of sorts?0 -
Maybe i'm the only person that thinks of things like this but the "burned" man was in the house pouring gasoline in at least one room.
I would think if someone had poured gas in my house I would notice to odor. Why does it smell like gasoline in here???
I also wonder why Tate does not remember the other people he shot.
Also in last weeks episode Vivian was in her room and you see a hand reaching out from under her bed about to grab her and then nothing, Tate was outside ready to go on their date.
Who was under the bed???0 -
True about the gas smell, and also, what happened to Larry? after he was busted pouring gas by one the the gay guys...you did not see him after that......I really don't think Larry is dead...maybe he is in between life and death?
I am not sure what to think about why Tate claimed to not remember, maybe he was bluffing, he seemed to somewhat recognize all the kids when they first walked down to the beach.....
I think it was Violet in her room when the hand was shown under the bed, I think it was Hayden there.....it was muddy and dirty, which Hayden is a mess.....0 -
Was it just me or did Tate actually look scared? Maybe he didn't realize what he did. Maybe he thought it was all a dream, like he told Ben in his first therapy session. I think he knows he is dead. And I don't think he is taking any meds. I think he told Violet that for an excuse of why they couldn't have sex.0

Does anyone like Hayden now? I like her more dead than alive. She used to annoy the piss out of me, but now that she is dead I like her. I found her quite scary.0

He did look almost bewildered......which is just odd, because when he saw them walking up, it seemed like he was aware of why they were there......
Kristy.....she is still the most annoying character by far, but I do like her dead much more.......and I am really beginning to believe she is somehow connected to Viv....or they are one in the same.....
and do you guys think the dog is a ghost now, or did Hayden really put tomatoes in the microwave?0 -

Since they made such a big deal about Halloween being the day the veil is lifted. We've never really seen the maid go anywhere else outside the house EXCEPT for on Halloween when she went to "help" her mom.
Or maybe Take doesn't REALIZE he's dead and is in denial... that might explain why he doesn't remember things?

Has anyone seen some of the previews for this weeks episode? It shows Mora giving Viv something quite disturbing to eat, I think she said it was from Constance, and was good for her and the baby...and Viv ate it readily without question.....0

I don't think so, I haven't either....He had coffee with Ben, but that was Halloween, and then that night he went to the beach with Vi.....other than that, I have only seen him on the grounds of the house....0

I don't think Tate can go anywhere, we never actually see him outside the house and when Violet made a comment about him never taking her out on a date, he suggested halloween because that's the only time he could actually leave.
I think you're right about Tate being in denial, I think he recognized the group but doesn't remember what he did.
I'm thinking that if Tate is really a ghost (which I'm convinced he is) then maybe he can't have sex with a live person and used the drugs as an excuse.0 -
Tate isn't taking the meds, he got called out for it by Ben even , I think he's just using that as an excuse because he can't have sex with her as a ghost

Tate was born in 1977 and died in 1994 , like Larry has said the house will make you hear voices and go into an almost dreaming state to do it's handywork . I think it got to Tate and then he killed the kids without knowing it was really happening0 -

yeah where u find this out i watched one episode like 3 times and kept seeing things i missed so much goes on its hard to see it all lol
Also like everyone said i think in my heart he is dead for multiple reasons and halloween is the only night the dead can walk or something to that effect lol0
