    Here's my before and after so far:

    The photo of me in the suit was taken in November 2008. I was 247lbs with a BMI of 34 back then, so I was obese. In the photo on the right I am 185lbs (BMI 25.5) in May 2010.

    I have gone up and down a bit since May 2010, but I am pleased to say I am back to 185lbs again. I'm aiming to drop another 10lbs over the next few months.
