I have started to level every class. What was the hardest class for you to level. So far for me I would say Rogue. All I did was die from levels 1-10.

Well, I've only leveled 3 so I would say my shaman was the hardest! :)

My first max level toon was a draenei shammy. I went enhance and it was easy peasy. I made a troll shammy and decided to level ele and it was hard. I stopped after lvl 24. I will get back to her someday.

Hard to say, because even though I've leveled at least one of each class to max level, it has been in different expansions, so the experience was very different each time.

Overall, I would say mage because they are the squishiest, and don't have a real self heal or pet at low levels. However, their DPS is high enough it usually isn't an issue - just had to avoid certain quests unless you had help.

In vanilla, I leveled my priest as holy all the way, so it was very rough solo - particularly on a PvP server. That was my fault though - I could have gone shadow if I just wanted to level, but I like healing, and this was before dual specs.

Since they buffed health regen in the early stages, leveling isn't hard. It's just time-consuming now. They've taken out most of the elite quests now too.

Anyone remember trying to get a group to the quests in JA in the hinterlands in the old days when they were all elites? Christ...

I should have said what's the most annoying class to level. But it does really depend on spec and expansion. I remember trying to level a holy priest in vanilla. I quit at level 13. Rogues are fun, but I guess I am just a caster at heart. Currently working on a warrior. A class I swore I would never ever play..but guess what..it's so fun!

I've at least attempted leveling one of everything - my rogues (there have been 4 attempts now) never make it out of their 20s. Maybe my current goblin will break the trend. Maybe. I dunno...I understand what I'm supposed to do...it just...yeah LOL! Maybe I'm just not meant to be a rogue - which is weird, because I love my kitty drood.

I really hope they let us make more than 10 toons on a server at some point. I totally need to make a kitty. My druid is balance / heals

I have tried everything Hunters are by far my FAVE lol and the hardest I have found to level for me personally is Rogues. Maybe because they bore me and I just don't like them lol. Every other class I can get a long with even my squishy war;ocks, mages and priests lol :))))

I think the hardest class for me to level was a mix between my priest and my mage. Both are clothies so they are very squishy... they have great survival spells but it's not enough all the time. I would also say that leveling my priest up through Catalcysm was HORRIBLE! Even in shadow spec. So those that wear leather or above have it so much easier... I guess the pay off is a cheaper repair bill lol. Even though my guild is paying for it.

Obviously subject to change, but at Blizzcon Ghostcrawler made a reference to that fact that the TOTAL character limit wouldn't be lifted (I think it's 50 per account?), but that they were "considering" lifting the per server (10) limit for MoP.
  • ROGUE.

(I'm biased only because I HATE my rogue and hated playing it....once I saw the light I re-rolled priest).

Oh I adore rogues! Sneaky little balls of evil.

My hardest toon to level would have to have been my prot warrior back in vanilla days. I could live through anything but damn was it slow.

Druids were a pain in the *kitten*, so were hunters.

Warlocks are just incredibly expensive to level

my main is a warlock and he was very easy to level. you can always tap life for mana, use a pet for a mana battery etc..almost no downtime. and you can solo almost every group quest due to chain fear and pets.

mage was most frustrating for me becuase i felt like i always had to drink.

Rogue was the most difficult, hunter was the most boring.

For me, it was my druid, although she was also the first toon I ever lvl'd and this was way back before all of the heirlooms and lower lvl for mounts, etc. It took for-freaking-ever to lvl her. The only other class I found took a while was a shaman, also back before all the changes to lvling. I think I got to lvl 13 on her and quit. I've also lvl'd a hunter and rogue, but I found both classes to be relatively easy to lvl--the hunter could take down anything and the rogue could just sneak by what she couldn't do solo.
