Picked up Skyrim last night at midnight, got home about 12:20, installed it, registered it on Steam, and fired it up, played til 4am. Got up at 7:30am this morning, started playing again til around noon. Went to lunch and a movie, came back and hopped back in at around 4pm and just hopped out, it's right at 8.

12 hours, and I've found around 35 of the 300+ locations Bethesda says are in the game.

Game is pretty awesome, I gotta say, Bethesda has taken the bold step of creating a storyline this time that I'm actually interested in, unlike Morrowind or Oblivion, where I spent hundreds of hours doing everything else except the storylines.

Going to take a break, catch up on Burn Notice and eat some dinner, then probably jump back in til the wee morning hours, lol.

I played for 7 hours and felt like I got almost NOTHING accomplished (other than having a blast with it). I would have kept playing except my family kept whining about being hungry so I had to stop and cook dinner.
