Hi!
I want to learn to make healthier eating choices. I have become accustomed to just swinging by fast food places because it's the easiest thing to do.
I am in my second year of law school, and I no longer fit into the nice business attire I already have. I don't like to wear skirts because I feel too big.
I need to lose at least 30 pounds to be able to fit in those clothes again and to be "Normal" instead of "Overweight."
Overall, I want to feel better about myself - INSIDE and OUT!0 -
I would like to lose at least 40 pounds so that I am at my pre-baby weight. That is not my ultimate goal, but I would be very happy to be back at that weight.0

I do not even feel the need right now to get to my Weight Watchers Lifetime weight goal. I would be happy to be the weight I have on my driver's license!!!!! I have lost 13lbs since starting my weight loss on October 15, 2011 and would love to be close to my goal by summer.0

I have 50 pounds left to lose. My goal is 150. My main goal is to continue to incorporate healthy food and exercise into a daily plan I can live with once I make it to goal weight. I have learned that I am sensitive to sodium and sugar (processed stuff, not natural stuff like fruits etc), and when I decrease these things in my diet, my food cravings go away.
I also have goals to complete 3 sprint triathlons, and one 25 mile cycling event next year. There is a running program that starts next spring that I would also like to complete and enter some 5k's as they fit into my schedule (they are plentiful around where I live). Of course these all hinge on the ultimate goal...I stay injury free0 -
I'd really like to get down below 200lbs so we can TTC baby number 2. I have 55lbs to go, and as a nursing mom I am not supposed to lose more than 1lb a week, so it could be a while! That is the limit I am putting on myself before we start trying again, but if I lose more than that before we are ready- great!! I am going to work hard to follow my points allowance for not only myself, but for my family as well.
What about you jalara? you never said what your goal is!0 -
Oops!
I have a few goals, but right now I want to focus on 20 lbs, and then it'll be another which will take me to 199. Ultimately I'd like to be 160ish. We're doing IVF next month so I know I'm going to gain some weight from the meds so I'd like to have lose some by then in order to help in any way I can.0 -
I did WW Momentum in 2004 (including 3 days of step aerobics each week) and lost 20lbs in about 4 months. shortly after losing the weight, I quit smoking, but managed not to gain too much back. Between 2008-2009 we did three cycles of IUI and I gained weight. I rejoined WW in Feb 2011 (start weight was 127.2 which is my highest to date) and I really struggled with the new PointsPlus program (lost 6 lbs in 4 months) - i felt like the loss should have been better so I quit attending meetings and tried on my own. I managed to keep my weight between 120-124, now I'm a member online (current weight is 123.4; I was at 124.4 last week ) and trying to lose about 11 lbs to be at a reasonable weight for my height (I'm 4'10). I have done extensive research to determine what would be a healthy weight for my frame and some where between 110-113 would be the range.
I know i am probably one of the smaller ladies on MFP & WW, but I carry my weight in my stomach and hips so if I wear certain things I look pregnant (when you deal with infertility, it's a bit frustrating to have someone ask if you are pregnant).
FYI: my current goal is to try losing about 1 lb per week between 11/7 - 12/2 for my company Christmas Party. I already have a dress that fits at my current weight, but losing a little will help with my confidence0 -
My ultimate goal is to be around 150 but I am first starting with my 5% (which I just hit a few weeks ago) and my 10% goals.
I have a ways to go but I was so happy when that scale showed under 200lbs! Its the baby steps that count.0 -
Well, I am close to my goal weight. I have lost about 38.8 lbs so far with WW. Right now I weigh 141.4 and I would like to be at 125, so I only have 16.4 lbs left to lose. But I am thinking I may want to go down to 120. I'm going to wait and see how I feel when I reach 125 first and go from there.0

My goal is to lose 24 more pounds! I've been doing ww for a year and going to meetings! I've been at a plateau since last February and tried everything to break it! I found this site 2 weeks ago and now have lost weight 2 weeks in a row! I found from this site I wasn't eating enough! I walk 3-4 miles a day and 29 points wasn't enough for me! I've lost about 25 pounds so far but would like to get to 180 and then have my doctor write a note and set that as my lifetime goal. I'm already a lifetime member not at goal but just don't think I can maintain 164 anymore! Also I take medication that causes weight gain so it's been a real struggle to lose this weight but I think this site is helping so much more than ww. I'm only tracking here now even though I have the monthly pass and have etools.0
