I ate really bad (for me)...but worked it off hiking and going to the gym to do weights today. I came out 400 calories ahead...though I am not sure how, but way over on sodium...and boy do I feel it already. I am not tracking on the WW website, and only track here...but I bet I would have used most of my weekly allowance points today...

Well, today I did okay, but not great. I went over again - by 5 points again.

    Tomorrow is a 'new day'.

I went over on my points by 3. (that's after the 3 added for exercise - so, I guess I went over by 6) I am still not sure if I will count strength training exercises.
I had a bigger breakfast than usual. Then I had two slices of cheese pizza at lunchtime and that really pushed me over because I usually just have a fruit smoothie.
After I worked out, I was way too hungry to just have a smoothie, so I caved and ate my pre-planned dinner.

I almost posted that tomorrow is a new day too! Looks like we have the same good idea. :)

I lost .8 of a lb for this week. I used all 32 of my daily points and I used 4 of my weekly points.
  • I was on point yesterday

I went over by 1 pt on yesterday. I don't know if that was okay because I gained 12 activity points through a spin class. Since my body is still adjusting to having food, I think I should have eaten more. That may have been detrimental to my goal which is to bring my body out of calorie deprivation.

I need some different ideas: Why do you do WW if you don't track on their website? OR Why do you only track on MFP?

Isisbryan: I track on MFP instead of WW online. I tried WW etools but MFP has a much bigger database than WW does.

I track my actual points on one of the 3 month trackers I bought from WW and I put the food down from MFP. I track both because it helps me keep up with other things like sodium on here and my calorie in take, and tracking in the planner is good because I can look back and see what foods I ate and how many points they were.

You can also sometimes calculate your points and put them in the notes section of your food diary too until you can write them down later. I've done that too :)

I weighed in yesterday, which was a day early, and I lost 3.8 pounds. It was my first week so I'm attributing the bigger loss to that. I had used all my points everyday and just about all of my weekly points. I'm going to concentrate on drinking more water this week instead of diet soda. I'm hoping that will help me to lose more and help me feel less bloated.

isisbryan - I track ont he WW website, but I prefer the MFP for the community. I've run a group on here for 2 years (and still do) and I have a great group of friends and supporters.
