I want to reach 10 miles.... but doesn't look like its gonna happen..... I'm gonna do 6 miles starting next week but 10 is a stretch0

from 6 miles to 10 in 2 weeks sounds optimistic - but you know your body best. What is your weekly milage right now?

I'm currently at around 20 might/week but that was just last week... hmm I never carry a sports drink on my runs.... I'm actually gonna try 7 miles Tom at a super slow pace with a sports drink and Ill see how I fair after.and yeah my goal is marathonfrom 6 miles to 10 in 2 weeks sounds optimistic - but you know your body best. I'm pretty new to running so I can do longer distances but not really fast. I hope to be able to get under 10min/mi. right now I am doing around 12/13 mins/mi.0

27:18 so I need to shave off 18 seconds.0 -

I am working on improving pace as well, I am hoping hills will work, and later sprints. I am not doing sprints now because of a heel injury... but maybe next month! I bet you can get to yoru 10 minute mile soon!0 -

my goal is 125- so far did 29 as of today. didn't run last week at all due to injury but back on track and maybe i will do it. I will try to amp it up during weekends. I still have 15 days and 96 miles to go
running half marathon on March 24th in NYC aiming to get 2.11:00 . I know i can do that and better on treadmill but not sure about open air.
So far my longest run was 11.5 miles
also want to go under 35 minutes on 4M - my last time was 36:03 and i have a race this Sunday we will see
Also would love to get into 2012 ING marathon.0 -
My goal is to find a race to run in January in Chicago!!!! The one is sold out and the other one I want to do I'll be in Detroit for my son's hockey tournament. Started the half marathon training program this week so I should be on goal for close to 75 miles for the month...Woo Hoo
