Thanksgiving

Just wondered what you all are doing/planning for Thanksgiving if you celebrate? Are you planning to give yourself an off day? Or are you tracking that day?
For me personally I am going to still track but try to watch portions.

I am going to plan out my meal and track, but I will be eyeballing the portion size for beans and things of that nature. I will be counting my turkey slices though and my yeast rolls that I eat.0

That whole weekend I will be at the bf's family home. I don't think I'll track but I will definitely try to make good decisions, especially since there won't be any good opportunities to work out
But this is real life, eh? Gotta adjust?

My birthday is Wednesday, Thanksgiving is Thursday. I'm not going to track food, but I'm going to limit what I eat to only the things that really taste good - I'm giving myself permission to taste everything I want, but I'm not going to be ashamed to descretely toss what I don't really want to finish.
I am going to keep up my exercise routine.
I love Turkey Day.0 -
I will be with my parents, my sister in law and her two kids, my sisters 2 kids, my 4 kids and hopefully my husband. He delivers in Laredo Texas on monday and he is unsure if he will be able to make it back up to NY by thursday. I am going to let myself enjoy the day but I am going to take much smaller portions than I normally would.0
