Hey Ladies and Gents!!
First off I would like to say you all are doing wonderful with the workout....I would like for us to be more active on the discussion feed...That way we can support one another and give feedback to those that need it...I see you daily getting it in..but if you are not responding here what day you are on and the completion...I can't give you the push you need to keep going or do another day...Please try to at least come by and respond with that info...You all know how I am on supporting!! Just want to give the most I have...Thanks...
I have completed Week1/Day5 and doing one more day on Sunday...Required is 4-5 days....But due to vaca I am doing 6...Thanks...Lets keep it rocking!

I am so happy to have been invited to join this group. I don't just want to change the way my abs look but I seriously want a nice, defined 6 pack. This is the first ab workout I have done in a VERY long time that actually made my abs feel sore and I am loving it!
I started a day late due to shipping delays but I am here now and I am on a mission to kill this program and achieve my goals.

I've completed official Week 1, Day 5, Level 1 (unofficially Day 6 since I started Sunday!): Today is my rest day & I'll be back on it tomorrow to start Week 2. I'm feeling it in my core & pushing as hard as I can even when I don't want to cuz I know, it's only 34 minutes total & I can either spend that time vegging out or wallowing OR I can have JM yell at me through the TV to "be aspirational" and "look ridiculous"!
I'm going to try to be more responsive this week, this past week was crazy hectic busy for me!0 -

As of today I have completed week 1 for 4 days!! Next week I am gonna pick it up to 5 days though. I had got a late start on the DVD started Wed. Tomorrow is my rest day cause I been workingout NONSTOP since Sunday so tomorrow I am gonna let this body of mine REST!!!
BUT I got my schedule planned out. Gonna do JM on Mon, Wed-Sat and on TUES go to high impact aerobics almost like bootcamp class. And Sunday rest!!0 -
Just completed L1D5. My goal is to do it 5-6 days per wk. This week I will be doing 6. Trying to foucs more on form. Those spider planks are no joke.0

i have only done 3 days so far. im going to do day 4 tonight and hopefully 5 and 6 tomorrow. i really want to do 6 days a week so i need to double up tomorrow0

Yeah I just stopped in to say Day 2 of Level 1 just kicked my butt, I went for the advanced movements today, because I felt I didn't reach my maximum potential from doing the moderate movements yesterday. I am having trouble the side plank in general. I feel slow like I can't balance myself hehehe any advice?0

This is a response I did on Sexy Cooks first post last week about this to another lady who's having 'side-plank challenges"
"For the side-planks, drop your base arm down to your elbow - line your elbow up with your shoulder so you're not straining any muscles, and do the modified planks like Maddie (with the knee touching the ground). If you need to, keep your un-used arm flat against your side instead of up in the air - this is a great starter move that you can build into (arm in air first, then try lifting onto your hand & using your arm to fully support your body). "
Try to focus on looking directly ahead at a spot on the wall or piece of furniture: you want to also pull your shoulder blades back which helps align your body & solidifies your core. It will take time & practice - side planks are not easy & what she's doing with the leg lift, the first time I saw it I was like "oh hell no!" But, as much as they still challenge me, I look forward to them because they work!0 -

Great job everyone. I have only completed 2 days so far but im going to get it in tonight and tomorrow so i'll finish the week with 4. Kep pushing thru everyone and i look forward to see some fantastic results!0

I started a few weeks ago with 6 week 6 pack. I have done it for 9 days now. I divided it out to 5 days the first week 4 days second week and 3 days 3rd week. i get too bored if i do it every day. so i will be doing my 3rd week of level 1 and then next week around 11/20 will be moving on to level 2. again will do 12 total days of it, dividing it out like before. I am finding i am getting used to the routine. I took my measurements before i started and i'm excited to see when i get done with it where i'm at.
ps - can't wait to be done with the side planks. everything else is fine except for those!0 -
I have not completed this week's as of yet but tomorrow. I will get my 4th workout in. Next week, I am shooting for at least 5 workouts.0

Shannan!!! looks like I'm a day behind you, today will be Day 3 of Week one for me so I will be harassing you ;D Today is my rest day so 6w6p will be the only workout that I do today.0

Come on girl....I am going to push you because you want to be consistent and not just focus so on when you get to 21 days...that set up boundaries Girl lets do that and focus on the getting as many day you can next week...Hey everyone. completed day 3 of week 1 today...i am behind because of school activities with the kids.. but will try to do a full 5 days this coming week.0

Thanks for your advise!! I tried it today and it was better, I was at least able to get through it...today is Day 3 for me, so hopefully by the end of the three weeks I will be up doing it properly at the advanced level ;D0

Hope everyones having a great Sunday! I've done my first and complete week (7 days straight) of Jillian and SURVIVED. I seriously feel unstoppable! I also threw in 3 days of No More Trouble Zones as well as 6w6p to kick it up a notch.
I can already see definition in my arms and thighs & feel so much Stronger which means that this DVD is WORKING! Nothing like results to keep us motivated!
I have faith that we can all do this... It's gonna be SOOOO worth it come our 6th week0 -

You ladies are doing a fabulous job on 6wks/6pks abs. Ya'll are going to haveawesome results. Unfortunately I fell with doing the program and I will get back into the game because I had great results the first time around. Keep up the great progress everyone0

I fell a little behind last week too. I was sick for a couple of days, went out of town (without the dvd by accident) and just to add the icing on the cake, I have a newborn that suddenly decided to keep his mommy up all night every night so I was just plain exhausted. New week, no excuses... I'm determined to get it done 5-6 days from here forward! I did it 2x last week and I am on day 3 this week... shooting for tomorrow and Sunday bringing me to 5 days for week 2. I love this group, everyone is so supportive. Thanks for the invite sexycook0
