    under calories today...on track today...I do not watch the biggest loser...but I will have the highlights from my staff!

    Hi everyone! I was over AGAIN yesterday! I'm getting used to hospital shifts again and I think it's going to take some work to fin a balance. Oh well! Today will be better!!

    I used to shift work. My best advice is to be patient with yourself and attempt to establish a pattern that makes sense to you and your schedule. Don't know if you know this, but you can use any 24 hour period for using your points. I used to run my points day" from midnight to midnight, instead of the traditional start at breakfast.

    Hi! I love the biggest loser. It's on my DVR but I haven't watched it yet. I will tonight :)

    I did pretty good, I was about 3 pts over but I usually space out my weeklies if I need to so I don't freak if its just a few each night.

    I was under my calories too which was nice :) If I have one or the other than I'm happy lol

    Yesterday I didn't track very well, but I don't think I went over by many points/calories. I woke up today and felt thinner so I decided to weigh myself at home and I lost 1.8 pounds since my last check-in on MFP. This made me very happy! I'm going to try and track everything very closely for the rest of the week because we are going out to dinner on Friday night and I want to use my weekly allowance points for that. I'm looking forward to spending some time on the treadmill tonight and catching up on The Biggest Loser. Do any of you watch the show "Too Fat For Fifteen" on Style Network? I find that show to be very motivating too.
