Trying new adventures through Groupon, Living Social Etc.

So I am about to buy the groupon that is available today for St. Louis Self Defense in Brentwood. It is a 10-class punch card for $39 and I have heard amazing things about their Kettlebell classes and the Krav Maga Martial Arts classes look very exciting and fun.
I know there are tons of "groupon-type" website out there and most focus on deals for restaurants and food. I thought it would be great if any of us come across some fun activity or workout groupons to pass the word along.
I have done Indoor Rock Climbing once and Midnight Ziplining which I would have never done before without the groupons and the new lifestyle I have found with the help of MyFitnessPal.
If anyone finds a great deal for some new and exciting activity but has no one to try it out with maybe this could be the forum to help us all find a partner to try out these new adventures.

Great idea!
Do you have the link to the Self Defense on in Brentwood? I work in Clayton and that would be something I could easily get to. I couldn't find it on the Groupon mobil.0 -
The groupon expires in about 10 hours. You can find it on the full version website under "all deals'l. It is located just east of brentwood blvd on manchester. I think their website is stlouisselfdefense.com0

This might interest some of you that wanted to try something new...
My Y is doing a sample of most of their classes the day after Thanksgiving (Zumba,Hip Hop Hustle, Spinning etc...) It's open to the public and best of all it's free! (well..they would like a donation) If you are interested let me know! I'll PM you the details!0 -
The YMCA might seem expensive to some but if anyone has kids, is a student. and/or is on a somewhat low income they do work with you on the price. You just have to fill out a form on your financial situation and possibly state a price that is reasonable you can pay.0

I go to Mid West Krav Maga out in St. Charles. It's a lot of fun. I'm not sure what the current rate is but the owner is a really cool guy and would be happy to let you go to a free class and try it out.0
