How is everyone doing so far? Have you guys gotten to the day you reverse engineer your health/fitness goal?

    I am so bad. I'm still working on Day 1. I can never seem to find time to just sit and think.....

    my push goal is to get to 65kg, which falls inline with my fitness goal.

    should i change my push goal to something else?

    only prob is I'm really determined to get to 65kg, and all my other goals relate to fitness (well 6 of them), 2 of them relate to my business and 2 are other personal things.

    I have to admit I'm still at about day three. I'm planning to catch up this weekend... :) But I'm looking forward to getting to that goal. :)
