Hi Everyone,

I have tried to catch most people that weren't already in the team UK forum thread as you've joined to friend request but I may have missed a few (sorry!!). I just wanted to say how much I value my UK friends here - it is so nice to be able to look at diaries of familiar foods, rant about the weather and such and get have some extra motivation to run that extra mile!

If you haven't added friends yet, you are missing out big time!
