how many calories are you on? and how are you going with it? thought I would start up another topic to try get this group foing and talking more :bigsmile:

Im on 1300 a day most days im over by 200 at the most and some day im under by 100 LOL.. It's so hard at the moment trying to really think am i hungry or just board eating and what is my body really hungry for... hate mind battles with my self.. Yesterday i just put up some mini goals with some rewards to go with them.. Also put visual aids of water exercise and healthy foods and look at it a lot to remind my self... get it stuck in me brain so to speak lol

  • I'm on 1270, but I'm only 2 days in. I've been exercising so I can eat a bit more, because I find I'm still hungry at 1270. I'm hoping it's just the transition and I'll get used to smaller volumes of food...
    I'm also trying to carry a water bottle with me everywhere, so I have an easy way to get in my 8 glasses/day. Hopefully that will keep me full too. And I also carry sugar-free gum, so if I just need something to do absentmindedly I can chew gum instead of snacking...

    It has me at 1750....but hey it's working for me :) It basically just has me cutting the frap to a non fat latte

    I'm at 1200. It's not nearly enough food for me.. BUT it's great motivation to work out. Because if I work out, the extra calories I get are perfect to keep me full all day :)

    I am between 1200 and 1500 depending on my mood and day. I am going to start limiting my carbs after Thanksgiving. Maybe adding in some protein shakes :D

    Ho do you stay under 1200 may i ask what you eat that keeps you full Im meant to be at 1200 but uped it a bit.. hate being over .. Such a cope out sometimes :( Im so sick of being on 102kgs :explode: and had TOM as i get :grumble: BAD sweet tooth

    Im on 1450 but most days i eat about 1200 usually i eat alot of fruit and veges which seems to fill me up but doesnt fill up the calorie count...some days i eat more, some days i eat less. Prior to MFP i only ate 1 meal (1 very BIG) a day and maybe a snack so for me its more important to make sure im eating regular meals rather than binging once a day.

    I'm at 1700. It's sometimes hard to meet my goal intake, especially on big exercise days. I'm loving not being hungry. Losing weight and not being grumpy because of extreme calorie restrictions rock.

    I am 5'9 and just entered into the "healthy" BMI range. I have about 19 lbs left to lose until my goal weight, and I am getting married in just under 11 months. (If you count this week's weigh in, I actually only have17.5 lbs to go!!)

    Im at 1200 and have some trouble with it. I have cut back on the lattes and switched my breakfast for low cal and that seems to do it for me. I definitely have to exercise to meet it though.
