Goals for today?

Hey everyone...
So what are your goals today? I usually meet mine, but I've been going over my cal limit by < 100 cals every day and today I'm going to be under!
Other than that, I hope to burn > 200 cals (I think I'll do it).

My Goal is to try to stay awake all day having been up and already done 2 hours at the gym this could be a challange.... :laugh:

Mine is to get in at least 20 minutes of exercise. It's been a bit of a struggle lately, but i'm trying my best!0

I went over by over 2000 cals. yesterday (cheat day??) by going to Olive Garden for lunch and McD's for dinner. So my goal for today is to stay under and to drink at least 64 oz. of water to flush all that sodium out of my system. I'd also like to get on the treadmill for at least 30 mins. tonight, but not sure if I'll be able to pull that one off.0

I'd like to get a walk in today. I've been slipping on exercise recently and I don't want to break from the streak I'm on.
My other goal is to actually get some work done at work today...I spent 90% of my day yesterday on MFP. lol0 -
My goals for today:
1. Try and stay awake at work.
2. Try not to tell anyone off.
3. Push myself today when I go to Body Combat
4. Try not to pig out on the cookies my son has at home. eek!0 -
My goal today is to follow my plan! I've logged my meals and exercise and I hope to follow it. I'll be hitting my macros almost perfectly if do.
Non-fitness goal: Finish wrapping gifts, including partners gift before he gets home Also, to hit 40,000 on my NaNo novel.0 -
Get my workout in. as i am so tired today :yawn: I think its the weather that makes me not want to do anything..:frown:0

I've already accomplished getting up and getting all 3 of us ready for work/school (can be a fight sometimes).
Now I just have to make sure I get all my macros in and correct, get my work done (procrastinate much), have a kickass workout and hopefully relax a little later. But I'll probably end up doing food prep or something, have a long weekend of soccer tournaments .. *sigh*0 -
1) Stop being simultaneously angry at my boss for sending me a cranky email about my working from home today and feeling guilty for working from home today. I don't want to feel either of those things, its bringing me down.
2) take a shower (its the downside of telecommuting)
3) have a great workout today with my personal trainer (this one is gonna be tough, didn't sleep enough)
4) eat at least quasi decent food today. maybe there will even be some kind of fruit or vegetable involved.0 -

I plan on going over my limit today, since I'm already at 877 cals and we're going out to dinner. If I can manage to stay under 1500 that would be nice.0

Pretty much accomplished mine! They even had Shipley's donuts at work and I didn't have one!

wait no ...food... well I mean my dinner DID have green beans. Cooked in oil. With pepper beef. and chow mein
but ok look, there was a vegetable!
also I had a double workout (YAY) so I'm riding high on endorphins and could give a crap about my boss.0 -
Today's Goals:
Get some work done (boss would probably like that - haha)
Bust out a great workout (quick) - soccer tournament starts tonight
Keep up with my food, need to figure out how to eat .... more! Wha?
Maybe some video games (depending on how long the game lasts)

Breakfast/Lunch made for everyone0
