Hello all!

I'm not sure if you guys were aware of it or not, BUT it you have a driod phone *i'm sure they have it on iphones too* but they have apps that help you with your gluten free life style. Which i thought was very neat bc im new to the whole gluten free thing and need a constant guide on what i can eat or cant eat in the begning of it. One app i have you can scan bar codes and it'll tell you if its gluten free or not if your unsure and give you a list of all the alternatives to this product. I also have another app that gives me names of restaruants around me that have gluten free menues. It even links you to their menue for you to look over. I thought this was really nifty hope it helps!
