Something Sweet?

What do you find satisfies your sweet tooth? That really seems to be my biggest challenge. I get sweet cravings and start snacking on candy that is in the house. I know, I know...just don't buy it, right? Well, I can do really well for 2 or 3 weeks without my sweet cravings but then that time of the month rolls around and I've just got to have something. I usually have little peppermint patties around that are 50 calories each so I don't feel too guilty about eating 3 or 4 of those but I am looking for new ideas.

    Special K Cereal Bars, Raspberry Cheesecake is my favorite and only 90 calories!

    worthers originals sugar free (about 10cals per sweet), or fruit flavoured gum, chocolate dairy food or weight watchers hot chocolate, or cadbury flake (cos it's way fewer cals than other choc bars it's next to!)
