Good morning CAD'ers!
Today's challenge:
Make one healthy swap! Used to having chips with your lunch? Have carrot sticks instead! Like having ice cream for dessert? Try putting a frozen banana in the blender with a few drops of almond milk and cocoa powder. Every swap makes a big difference; there are so many healthier options out there to take advantage of! I hope you all find some you enjoy and make it a regular thing

I'm on this one! Finally tried soy milk with my cereal this morning instead of 2% milk. Not bad. Have an awesome day everyone!0

I had a jacket potato for lunch, but instead of regular potato i had a lovely sweet potato, counts towards my five a day, much healthier and more yummy!0

Instead of adding all kinds of honey and goodies to my oatmeal (usually still healthy) I let it cool down a bit and mixed in my fiber one yogurt!
added tons of flavor and kept it super healthy and kept the sugar down!

Instead of a sugar-filled cereal, I had fibre1 cereal for breakfast.
& Instead of full fat ranch, I have fat-free ranch (everything but the fat & calorie count was the same, nothing bad was added)0 -

instead of having snack crackers with my soup , I had apple and pear slices......yum0

:happy: Oh good, I have managed to do this one without even reading the challenge!
I usually have peanut butter toast for breakfast (which I know is not that terrible but still not an ideal start!) but I am trying to have a clean eating week this week, so had a protein shake milkshake (1/2 banana, 1 scoop protein, skimmed milk) instead.
Am also having steamed veg with my evening meal instead of baked potato wedges and salad with balsamic vinegar!0
