Completion of Week 2-6w/6p Measurements

MEASUREMENTS are DUE SUNDAY/MONDAY by NOON Central Time...Nov 20... Post them In this POST PLEASE...so we can keep organized...


PLEASE Everyone be sure to try to get at least 4 days completed by Sunday of this workout!! I am sure by now everyone should be seeing a difference a little in their abs..I sure am...I am excited about going into Level 2 on Monday and getting the next 2 weeks done....REMEMBER after completed to weeks of LEVEL 2 you will go back to Level 1 (for ONE WEEK) and then Last week will be on Level 2....

Thanks Everyone for the awesome support you all are doing GREAT!...Let's continue to push hard....

    i've been wondering if anyone was still doing it?!?!? There's been no activity on the original board!!!

    Sounds good!!! I attempted to start L2 today b/c i get bored easily with too much of the same thing- but DAMN are we in for a surprise!!!!! I think I will do another day or two of L1 before graduating!!! LOL

    YES I HOPE EVERYONE IS STILL STAYING AT IT!!!

    And yes i can already see a difference just after completing 8 rounds of L1 (within 11 days)

    Still here... moved on to level 2 already... will go back to lvl 1 week after next. ;0).

    Starting Level 2 on Monday (unofficially on Sunday since I have to work). I'll have Hubz take measurements - of course TOM is just around the corner, sooo may be a little bit of a bloated measurment :tongue:

    Really looking forward to L2 - it was my favorite when I did it earlier this year :happy:

    HAPPINESS AND EXCITEMENT is what I am feeling from the hard work I have put in for this workout!! I compared my results..

    Upper- 34.5..Current 34
    True Waist- 33.5...Current 32.5
    Belly- 35.5 Current...34
    Lower--37.7 Current...35.5


    AMAZING INCHES LOSS...

    week 2 results....i didn't get the full workout as planned but some loss

    Before:
    Upper Abs/Below Chest: 26.5
    True Waist: 27.5
    Belly Button: 29
    Lower Abs/Hips: 31
    Thighs: 21.5

    After:
    Upper Abs/Below Chest: 26 (lost .5)
    True Waist: 27.5 (no change)
    Belly Button: 29 (no change)
    Lower Abs/Hips: 30.5 (lost .5)
    Thighs: 21 (lost .5)

    Noticed more definition though!
  • Starting measurements:
    Upper 33.5
    Stomach. 39
    Lower 37

    Week2 results:
    upper. 32.7
    stomach. 36.2
    Lower 37

    I feel really good about my results ready to get week 3 level 2 started LETS GET IT!

    Here's my Update:
    Nat's Measurements as of 11-20-11:

    Upper Abs - 30"
    True Waist - 30.5"
    Belly Button - 33"
    Lower Abs/Hips - 36"
    Thighs - 26"

    I know my True Waist, Belly & Thighs are a little bigger - unfortunately it is almost TOM & I've bloated in the worst areas at the worst times - although when Hubs measured my thighs he did notice they are A LOT firmer than they were so he's thinking that while my tummy is a little bloated due to TOM, my thighs are more muscular and I've lost fat & gained muscle. Considering there isn't as much "spread" on my thighs when I sit, I'm inclined to think Hubz is telling the truth :wink: That and I noticed my butt in the mirror when I changed earlier & I did a double take - it's looking pretty good & I actually didn't recognize it as mine :laugh:

    So - I checked through everyone else's updates & I'm seeing some AWESOME progress - you ladies are ROCKIN' the JM Beast! Cannot WAIT for our Grand Finale!!! I am BRINGIN' it the next 2 weeks - Hubz has even promised to come to the gym with me on Thursday on the way to in-laws for TG (they're open till Noon which is perfect!) so I'll still be up early to Kick some JM L2 butt before heading to the gym for a KILLER pre-TG workout so I can earn my foods :wink:

    2 Week Check In

    Upper Abs - 27" (1 inch loss)
    True Waist - 27" (1 inch loss)
    Navel - 29.5" (1/2" loss)
    Lower Abs - 33" (1/2 inch loss)
    Hips - 35" (same)
    Thighs - 21" (same)

    Down 3 inches and 1 pound in 2 weeks! I had to measure 3x because I couldn't believe it!

    At sirabe _ WOW, those are amazing results after just 2 weeks! I am impressed, you must be thrilled :)
    At all the other ladies that have posted thus far, WOW to you too... looks like everyone is really busting it out and getting results!!!

    After:
    Under breast: 35 1/2in =2.5 inches
    Belly button: 39 1/2in. =1 inch
    Waist under belly: 38in. =3 inches

    All I can say is wow!!!!

    My measurements were all screwed up! It was my first time ever measuring so I must have been doing everything wrong. Anyways here is the ones that I did correctly:

    Waist was 28" and now 27"
    Thighs were 22.7" now 21"
    Hips are 37.5, (no clue where previous measurements went, still not sure if I'm taking this one correctly).
    Upper is 31", (never took that measurement before today)
    Bellybutton is 32" (never took this measurement before today)

    only a 1/4 inch loss but there is more definition so im ok with that. definately have to push harder these next couple of weeks and maybe i will have to ignore my kids constant demands during these 30 minutes

    My measurements are the same as when I started. I have felt slimmer some days and have had more energy, so I'm not really disappointed that I haven't lost inches yet.

    Ok sorry for the delay mates!! But I didn't even realize that my body is actually transforming. I mean my last weigh in I was a pound down but I must be losing inches because my weight is funny. So glad I threw that scale in the top of the closet for now...Anyhoo my measurements are as follows:

    Started Current

    Under Breastline: 34 34
    Natural Waistline 33 33
    Around Belly 38 37 1/2
    Kangaroo Pouch 39 38

    Looks like I'm coming along...I've been sore, but havent really seen anything...so this helps ;D

    Yeah, I lost a total of 6 inches! Go me, Go me!
