...about your infatuation with Twilight?

My boyfriend:
**buys me Twilight greeting cards
**gave me a Hallmark Twilight ornament for Christmas
**texted me while I was at a special showing of New Moon to "look out for the tall pale dude in the back row".
**was at his friends house Saturday night and tells me the next day.. 'that Robert Pattinson guy was on some Jimmy Kimmel show last night "

He also doesn't seem to mind that I have posters of Rob, although they have been stored away since my move in July.
I think I'm pretty lucky!!

    LOL!!! My dog doesn't mind as long as I'm not singing songs off the soundtrack, then he wonders what is wrong with me, and has to come check me out. Really, is my voice that bad?

    Great topic Mrs.Surfrgrl.....I call myself a vampire.... so he says he's a wolf :laugh: . He also thinks I'm crazy for getting so into the books because he says they are for "KIDS":angry: . However he doesn't mind that I heart EDWARD:heart: ...I have to remind him that I don't like Robert Pattinson the actor....I'm in love with Edward the character. :blushing:

    Good, that leaves more Rob for me. I love Rob as Edward or anyone but mostly just as himself!

    my husband with his colleague and student, dressed as edward, victoria and bella for twilight day at the high school he teaches at!

    and he's gone with me to every movie, digs the soundtracks, and is trying to give reading 'breaking dawn' a go. i think he makes a lovely edward. vampire17.gif

    ps~for the record, i make a better victoria! which is just fine. because, afterall, i eat bella, steal edward and then make hot twilight love on bella's comforter! (we really do have bella's comforter from the movie in our guest room - prettiest purple set i've ever seen! and the hot twilight love part is true too. :blushing: )

    i suppose i should have checked into that before i ate her...oops. but no worries. i get a lot of activity points in during my endless nights with edward...i'm sure i'll work the bella off!

    I thought you were Team Jacob. When did you switch? Really though, why should we limit ourselves?

    the whole point of eating bella and stealing edward is so i can dump him for jacob - i'm sure the guilt of thinking i'm cooler than she ever was and then being completely decieved by my evil wickedness will guilt his moody self up enough to send his a$s back to the volturi, and then me and jacob can ride off into the sunset as we laugh at his sad sad fate!

    My hubby's read the books on his iPod multiple times. How cool is that? And my 17yo son has read them too and loves the soundtracks, especially the MUSE songs!

    I just refrain from going to midnight showings with them when I may squeal in delight at gorgeous vampires/hunky wherewolves. (Awkward!):blushing:

    Go Mindy, I've got beagles, too. My hubby, Edward, has lots of obsessions of his own, so he is fine with mine. He thinks it is kind of cute.

    Good plan with one flaw. You forget that I will be there to make him forget all about Bella and your trickery. He will neverwant to go to Italy again, which is a shame cause I could really get into some Edward under the Tuscan sun. Yes, I will make him a happy boy.

    My husband HATES anything Twilight and makes fun of me for my love for it. lol! He'll say things like, "Someday you'll love me as much as you love Twilight..." (jokingly, of course!). He never stops me from doing what I do, though, or keeping my Rob calendar in our room. He has never seen the movies and will never see them, as far as he is concerned. I'm okay with that. :)

    I've been banned from buying magazines and merchandise by my husband, but I struck a deal with him - anything book or DVD related, I can buy. So any new books that come out, any graphic novels, any movie guides...I can buy. Any DVDs or things related to the DVDs, I can buy.

    He was getting upset that my Twilight collection was starting to rival our Harry Potter collection. Then again, he let me buy a 2008 Volvo C30 and get the license plate "CULLEN" for it. haha I think I'm not allowed to ask for anything more!

    Hubby doesn't have a problem with my love for Edward and all things Twilight. He's not interested in the movies or books and I'm cool with that. He's also fully aware that I would have to kick his *kitten* to the curb if I had a shot with Edward Cullen! lol
