so let's get this party started. what do you want to focus on for december? cast your votes here. also, vote if you would rather start the challenge on:

1 - thursday, 12/1
or
2 - monday, 12/5

we'll follow suit with whatever we choose for this month - either the first day or the first monday of each month.

i cast my vote for flawless food logging and active discipline for the holiday season. what say you?

    I agree with the 1st (if I can be a late commer and join up with the challenges :P) and with logging, exercise and water.

    Quick question though... what is "perfect logging"? Is that logging everyday? OR logging and staying under everyday?

    I could be in trouble if it's the latter. I don't hold back on Christmas Perogies :P

    I'm all for starting on the 1st. I saw the spreadsheet is set for that right now anyway :)

    I....uh....fell off the wagon the last couple of weeks while I've been sick so logging consistently and being strict about my food choices is a REALLY good one to start with for me.

    Are you suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure you don't want to lead another challenge?! LOL - you are a mind-reader, after all!

    I vote for starting on Dec 1st. I'm also good with flawless food logging and active discipline but like Jersey3025, I wonder what this consists of... logging everyday and exercising x number of times per week OR x minutes per week?

    i would say that flawless logging translates to: logging everything, everyday, even if you go over by 2000 calories. for me, i need to get back into my accountability mindset. and i know i am going to be going over a bit once i get home for christmas! my goal would to be to log it no matter what!
