Hey CAD'ers!

Today's challenge:
No fast food! If you generally pick up a burger for lunch, try packing your own lunch instead. You will be healthier and you will save money!

Make a great day MFP!

Done... no fast food allowed for me until at least 12/19/11... trying to go 30 days without fast food and 11/19 was my last drive through incident.

Perfect challenge. I was considering Chipotle earlier, lol. I'll make some chicken here, instead!

Oops only just got to see this one due to time zone. Yesterday (Friday) I refused McDonalds for breakfast and a hot dog in the Christmas German Market.

    I was good

One of the great things about eating gluten, cassein and soy free is that fast food is not an option most of the time. This one will be easy for me.

This was more of a challenge yesterday...I went to an outlet mall with my best friend and Auntie Anne's pretzels were sounding off big time but we kept walking. Today I ate at home...whew!
