I personally enjoy chicken in many forms. I like to make Chicken Marsala in the crockpot (see my blog for recipes), baked Chicken Parmesan, and Chicken Cordon Bleu.0

i have been doing a lot of stir frys
chicken
green peppers
onions - white and/or green
mushrooms
celery
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp light soya sauce
chicken baked in cream of mushroom soup
omlettes

If you go on the Doctors website and type in 17 day diet, you will find a whole bunch of recipes..Here are some ideas I am going to try. Salmon patties, chicken parmesan, creamy chicken, chicken verde, fajita salad.0

This is my favorite, probably cycle 2.
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 steel cut oats
3 tsp dark chocolate chips
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
Mix all together and form small balls. It makes 22 balls, 75 cals each approx. Enjoy!0
