    Was off for four days and spent it with family and friends and sleeping. I cooked a big dinner, watched football and put up the tree.

    Hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving! Enjoyed the long weekend with family. Didn't track my eats but didn't go overboard like usual. Back to tracking today to prepare my mind and body for Christmas and all the yummy goodies that go with it. Must Stay On Track!!!
