Sorry about being late everyone!! The holiday took me over! I actually went Black Friday shopping and slept all day yesterday :embarassed:

Back on track today! We'll have a short week and get right back on track next Thursday!

KeeKee won this week with highest scores and I was most improved!! YAY! I will post our songas ASAP!

Congrats to everyone!! This was a good week! Even tho it was a holiday week for some! I hope to see some of you lurkers coming out to join us :flowerforyou:

    I put these in order of difficulty and sweat. I personally like to go from easiest to hardest. But you can do them any old way you want!!

    Hey! I'm out for a few weeks I think!
    Kids are home from school - Christmas break until February. And we have the new Zelda game so begging for time on the wii is a mission.
    I've started the couch to 5 k running program and will pop in here still and post a score if I manage to get a turn on the wii!

    I'm new to this! i just bought just dance 3 and i love it! i would love to do the challanges if someone could message me and explain to me how exactly we do this (since im new to jd3) also i had a question about the sweat points. is there a way we can calucate them into calories?!
