    Starting Weight: 238 (242 prior to MFP)
    Goal Weight: 135
    Current Weight: 227 (2lb gain)
    Total Exercise for Week (Sun to Sat): 2:30
    New Week Goal: (ie burn more calories, drink more water, etc). 1200 calories net. Eat less dairy, lay off caffeine... stay under 25 net carbs.
    Week Challenges (anything you need extra help with): Maintain control and positive attitude.

    Goal Weight: 207 by new years (hopefully :) )
    Current Weight: 226lbs.

    Week Challenges: reaching my goal of 400 minutes of exercise

    Week Challenges: I work a ton this week so squeezing in a daily workout will be challenging!
