I started on Monday (11/28) . Is that the weight I put for last week or this week?
Is there a date associated with the upcoming goals and numbered goals?

you can do whatever you wish. either put the same weight for both weeks or put last weeks weight. whatever you think is best for you and your goals. i gained over thanksgiving so i put a different weight.0 -

looks good to me! i'll post every week with the link to the spreadsheet in the top post. that way we can all update each week. remember that your goals are your goals, not mine and not anyone else's and as far as "doing it right" a lot of us are doing different things for our goal so it's ok if it doesn't look like everyone elses0 -
