Mine...my grandpa used to come see me every day when I was little for as long as I could remember and he always brought me a hershey's chocolate bar in his shirt pocket, we would share it and he would tell me stories about how he grew up during the depression and life in general. I sure miss my grandpa!

My grandparents as well (my mom's parents). Visiting them all the time and having certain traditions learned in my family. I also miss the stories my grandma use to tell about the side we never knew and how my middle name is tradition. So many memories with my grandparents.

And my athletic days as a child/teen :/

Laying in his lap, him looking down at me with unconditional love in his eyes... Sitting facing him our faces almost touching, looking into his brown eyes, running my hand across his face, through his hair, him running his hand across my face, his smell, the scent of his hair, the way or hands fit together...

    Him.

    I miss him.

Since it's nearing Christmas...I have great memories of visiting relatives on my mom's side of the family on Christmas every year...my grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins. When you're little, you never think that those times will end someday and those close to you won't always be in your life. I would give anything to go back in time and re-live some of those Christmases.

My favorite memory is spending time watching movies with my siblings and cousins.

... and by movies I mean two movies: Matilda and Dumb and Dumber. This was back in the days of VHS. We'd watch one, and while it was rewinding we'd watch the other. And do it again. For days. Simpler times.

When my boyfriend came home for 1 week leave from Afghanistan. It was the last time I got to see him.

My favorite memory is of my son when little sitting on the couch reading books to his stuffed animals....he is now 15 and hates to spend time with mom it is so uncool.
  • How do you choose just one? Bottled cokes with my great grandmother, jazz music with my grandfather, UGA games with my great aunt and uncle, date nights with my dad, shopping with my mom, riding with the top down with highschool friends, friends in college, and snuggling with my boys when they were young enough and willing to do it top my list. Guess I'm lucky to be blessed with so many I can't choose just one!
