I try to only use Cooking Light Cookbooks. If you don't have any, try Half Price Book Store. Every recipe I have tried from one of their books, has been great!

    I second this. I use cooking light cook books and make small modifications (i.e. switching ground turkey for ground beef)

    i get the magazine and i LOVE it!! i haven't had a bad recipe!
